Beautiful scenic getaway on a busy road

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we booked this treehouse, Ben and Sharla couldn't have been nicer. They sent us a pin to help us find their home since we were arriving after dark. When we arrived, we found freshly baked brownies on the stove and a basket of snacks on the counter, as well as several cold water bottles in the refrigerator. That was the best welcome we've had at a VRBO. We have a rental property so we know how important a first impression is. The beds were comfortable, and although the house isn't spacious, it was perfect for 4 adults who were only spending the evenings there. There is one beautiful bathroom with a multi-head shower and a jetted tub. It's located in the main floor bedroom, so be aware that those sleeping in the loft will need to share it and come past the bed to get in.

The back porch overlooking the Arkansas Grand Canyon had comfortable furniture and the view was breathtaking. There was even a hammock, a fire pit, and a gas grill.

There's canoeing and hiking within a half hour of the scenic bungalow, as well as good food at the Ozark Cafe where there was live music on Saturday night.

The only downsides were that you could hear the traffic from the road (because it was hot, the AC was on so our windows were closed, so in cooler weather that might be an issue), and sharing one bathroom in the bedroom. Neither of these were a major issue for us and, if we're ever in the Jasper area again, we'd rent the Treehouse!

Beyond Amazing! Most Comfortable stay we have ever had anywhere.

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we got there we were taken by the view and how personal they had made it! There were WARM brownies on the stove and a personal letter to us. There was absolutely nothing that could have been better. Everything we needed was there. It was immaculately clean and the beds and linens were so comfortable that we slept just as well as we do at home. Since we posted our pictures I have given the website out at least 20 times. It had such a romantic feel to it. The tub for two was an amazing way for us to relax after kayaking all day. We will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to everyone. The owners were great at communicating with us and really cared about our stay and satisfaction! It's a trip you won't forget and one you won't regret!

Top Class Hospitality

  • 5 of 5

We loved this treehouse cabin. #1-It's beautiful and has a stunning view! We loved the decor of this place and the walk-in shower was so interesting. It had so many options; regular nozzle, a hand held nozzle, rain shower head, 2 nozzles waist high and a waterfall type. We were greeted with relaxing music playing on the tv and knew it was time to relax! We were very appreciative of all the extra touches for their guests. The snacks were great when we hiked the trails and a dish of homemade brownies were delicious! All the toiletries we could possibly need and laundry detergent were provided. We really relaxed, enjoyed sunrises, and loved our stay here. we hope we can return someday.

Wonderful cabin with amazing view!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is wonderful! It was immaculate upon arrival and there were freshly baked brownies too! The bed was comfy (although a bit tall, but there is a step stool under the bed if you need it), the kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, etc. needed (just bring your food), and the deck was amazing. We loved the fire pit, used the grill every night, and enjoyed the hammock too. The best part was definitely watching the sunrise each morning! We really enjoyed hiking in the area as well, and we look forward to returning to hike other trails.
