Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Cutrofiano, with a coffee shop, pizzeria and park on the doorstep, while only minutes walking distance from the beautiful historic centre. The apartment is air-conditioned (and heating for winter stays), full amenities with a large roof terrace, which is equipped with additional dining and a BBQ. The two bedrooms are large and airy and there is a very comfortable sofa-bed if required.

2 camere con letti matrimoniali, cucina abitabile e tutta attrezzata. Bagno e doccia molto comode. Lavatrice. Terrazzo. Strada un po rumorosa . Tutto perfetto.

This apartment is excellent value for money with two large double bedrooms, air conditioning, well equipped modern kitchen witch bar stools and a beautiful barthroom. The highlight is the large rooftop. Perfect for barbecue, sunbathe and enjoy the evening/night with a directly view to the church town. The apartment is well located the the historic old town. Short ways for dinner. Rory (the owner) is thoughtful and very kind. We will return. .….......................... El apartamento está muy buen ubicado y por el precio tienes un súper departamento muy acogedor. Tienes dos dormitorios con dos grandes camas, una moderna cocina con todo lo necesario, aire condicionado y un moderno baño. Lo mejor de departamento es su terraza con barbecue y una buena vista a la iglesia. El centro histórico es cerca de departamento con muchos restaurantes. Rory (el dueño) es muy amable. Hasta la próxima vez. ........................................................ Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet für das Geld. Es wurde komplett modernisiert und hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbetten. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und hat eine sehr moderne Küche und Badezimmer. Das Highlight ist definitiv die riesige Dachterrasse mit Grillstelle und Blick auf den Kirchturm. Fussläufig ist die historische Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Der Besitzer Rory ist sehr fürsorglich und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder.

The best sophisticated apart. in Cutrofiano

Je suis restée pendant 10 jours avec ma sœur et leur enfant dans ce très joli appartement, très confortable et moderne. Il est composé d’un salon avec cuisine américaine très bien aménagés, tout est à portée de main pour cuisinier. Chaque pièce bénéficie de l’air conditionné, il y a également 2 chambres très spacieuses avec de grands placards, pratiques si tu aimes le shopping à lecce ou Bari!! C’est qui m’a beaucoup plu c’est son emplacement car l’appartement est situé en plein cœur de Cutrofiano, près de toutes les commodités, une épicerie se trouve à côté de l’appartement et des restaurants à 2 minutes à pieds. Nous étions à 10 minutes de magnifiques plages à couper le souffle, le meilleur de tout c’est le prix: bien manger et bien boire pour si peu je suis émerveillée.
