Among the exterior areas, two porches and a great courtyard are perfect for the different daily plans and moments that you are going to enjoy. The back porch will guarantee a good morning start, tasting a delicious breakfast before leaving to the beach, or simply staying home to relax on the hanging hammocks reading a book or sunbathing on a sun lounger. At noon, the great built-in barbecue will invite you to prepare a succulent grilled meal, to then spend the evening and, who knows?, stay till the wee hours having fun in good company on the exterior sofas.

The architectural style of the house emanates a special charm and character. Preserving a traditional style but modern at the same time, when you enter you find a great living area where you can watch the satellite TV and rest for a while. Behind a great arch you find the dining area and the kitchen. Here you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob or the oven and then enjoy them right on the table, or maybe you prefer to have lunch at the porch since you have a direct access from the kitchen. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two shower bathrooms and 4 bedrooms in total. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and the last one features two twin beds. In addition, three of them also offer a closet each. A cot and a high chair as well as 5 fans complete the equipment.

Cala Llombards is a quiet urbanisation located in an absolutely privileged natural environment with a breathtaking sandy cove of turquoise waters. The best of it all is that you will reach it in just a few minutes walking because it is only 650 metres from the property. Cala s'Almunia and the impressive Caló des Moro are very near, as well as the Natural park of Mondragó, the perfect place to enjoy nature and make some excursions. You have some grocery shops for your daily shopping in Cala Llombards, and also bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mallorcan gastronomic culture.
