In Santanyí, the 2-storey Finca Sa Tanqueta De Ses Roques impresses guests with its charming round tower. The 130 m², rustic Finca is situated in a quiet area and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a stove and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It can therefore accommodate 6 people and one toddler. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area with 2,800 hectares of land, children will find plenty of space to play. The 32 m² pool has its own fence, so that even small children can play without hindrance. Relax on one of the 6 deck chairs under the shady sun sail, barbecue delicious meals and savour them with a glass of full-bodied wine and a view of the mountains on the horizon. There is also an outdoor shower, lounge furniture and parasols. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.1 km or a 5-minute drive away and the closest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 2.8 km from the property. Listen to the gentle sound of the waves, tan under the Majorcan sun and spend unique hours with your loved ones!



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, towels and beach towels are included in the price. The house is rented to guests from May to October.

The house is beautiful and located in a lovely, peaceful area close to several stunning beaches. It has everything needed for a relaxing vacation and the location is ideal for exploring the area.Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. There was loud construction work nearby that disrupted our vacation for three full days. This was not disclosed before our arrival and made it impossible to enjoy the peace and quiet we were expecting.We also completely lost internet service for the last three days of our stay. Despite reporting the issue immediately, it was never restored before we left. In addition, there was a serious ant infestation in the kitchen, to the point that ants were crawling on us while we were inside the house. The host provided products to help with the ants, which we appreciated, but there was no gesture or compensation offered for the loss of internet or the construction noise.The most disappointing part of our experience was VRBO’s customer service. We contacted them multiple times , hoping they would help us find a solution. Instead, we were repeatedly told to complete a claim form, which we did, including submitting a video clearly showing the extremely loud construction noise. The responses took far too long, and no assistance or practical solution was provided while we were still at the property. We had no option to relocate because there were no accommodations available nearby, first and last time booking with VRBO!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in dieser Finca. Es hat uns wieder sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist etwas abseits der Straße und der Stadt. Genau das was wir gesucht haben. In 10 Autominuten ist man an verschiedenen, super schönen Buchten oder auch in der Stadt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckdienlich. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Und wenn nicht, ist Rita die Gastgeberin super freundlich und schnell hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist echt klasse und wird zwei mal die Woche gereinigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Wunderbare Woche in schöner Finca

Pros: Die Finca ist wunderbar gelegen, ruhig und dennoch sehr gut erreichbar, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in Santanyí oder Cala Figuera. Der Pool ist der Hit, wirklich ausreichend groß, um Schwimmen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut über WhatsApp funktioniert, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, dafür nochmal vielen Dank, Rita. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

hacienda très au calme, bien situé (proche des plages et de santanyi), piscine très agréable, climatisation efficace mais pas de clim dans les chambres.mais nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. dans la maison alors qu'il faisait très chaud dehors.le mobilier est basique mais tout à fait acceptable.rien ne manque.les salles de bains sont petites mais cela n'a pas été gênantpas de moustiques ou très peu.bref, une location d'un bon rapport qualité prix

Super Lage zwischen Stadt und Strand

Pros: Wir verlebten zwei herrliche Oktoberwochen in der Finca "Sa tanqueta de ses roques". Sie liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Santanyi und dem Strand S´Amarador, so dass wir uns immer dann, wenn es am Strand zu voll wurde, in die Ruhe der Finca zurückziehen konnten: Erholung pur! Morgens und abends war lediglich eine entspannte Zwergohreule zu hören. Die Finca ist sauber, die Betten bequem und der Fernseher bietet viele deutsche Programme. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Eltern schauen zweimal pro Woche vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen. Sie sind total süß und der Vater spricht gern und leidlich gut deutsch, so dass Problemchen leicht behoben werden können. Durch das solide elektrische Einfahrtstor fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Cons: Da gab es nichts.

Pros: Sehr gepflegter Garten. Klasse Pool. Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Besitzer. Die Lage der Finca. Sehr ruhig. Stadt und Strand sind bequem mit Fahrrad (ausgeliehen) zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung mit tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Fantastischer Balkon, toller B

Pros: Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, wunderbarer Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Cala Figuera. Auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und am Abend dort einen Glas Wein zu genießen war fantastisch. Insbesondere die saubere, moderne Ausstattung und Nähe zu Cala Figuera und Santanyi mit den tollen Restaurants und Strand war perfekt. Wir kommen wieder. Cons: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
