The 45.000 m2 property is located in a rural setting between the towns of Alcudia (10 km) and Pollença (5 km), pertaining to the town of Pollença and just 10 km away from the beach (Playa de Alcudia).
Spacious gardens with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a good-sized private salt water infinity pool (5 x10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença.
Large, partly covered terraces surrounding the house and an adjacent sizeable barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m).
Guests have the option to order one of our own farm raised goat kids for a typical Mallorcan culinary experience, ready to put on the grill. Fresh, organic vegetables and some fruit may be purchased from the farmer next door (according to seasonal availability).
Should you follow a medical medium diet and would like to use a high quality juicer and smoothie maker during your vacation, please let us know. We can also organize basic medical medium staples for your stay (organic celery, wild frozen blueberries, cilantro, etc.).
Making use of the owners diverse Mallorcan and German building styles the house was renovated using organic materials, intending to minimize energy consumption and pollution. Due to good insulation it is possible to sleep comfortably without the use of air conditions. The entire house is equipped with under floor heating, allowing for cosy holidays also during the sunny but humid Mallorcan winters.
Numerous large terrace doors and tall windows make the inside of the house bright and pleasant.
The entire downstairs floor and surrounding terraces are apt for wheel chair users.

Partly covered terraces surround the entire house and lead to the carefully and subtly decorated indoors. The bright modern kitchen with the integrated dining room is spacious enough (30 m2) to serve as social meeting point for all family members and friends. The cosy living room offers comfortable seating for at least 10 guests.
Our downstairs studio provides a separate living and sleeping area for an extra portion of privacy when traveling with a large group of people: a cosy living room with a fire place and a sofa / bed (1,40 x 2 m), bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 2 m) and a bathroom ensuite with shower.

The latter bedrooms share a common bathroom with shower, bidet and views of the mountains.
There are 500 m2 of gardens surrounding the house, which are already finished. Another 800 m2 of fenced off garden areas, as well as the parking lot, are being worked on and will be finished by the end of 2018.
Included in the rental price are linens, towels, pool towels, the final cleaning and a change of linens after 7 days.
The stay tax is charged apart in cash (Euros please) at arrival.
The electricity is charged separately at 0,30 € / kWh the day of departure. We do 2 electricity readings for this purpose, one at arrival and one the day of departure.
A 300 € damage deposit is due the day of arrival in cash (Euros please) and will be returned the day of departure, as long as no mayor damage has been caused to the house and inventory.
