Wonderful Mallorquin finca with private pool and beautiful garden very close to the sea just 3 km from the bay of Puerto Pollensa, 5 minutes by car to the seafront and the old town of Pollensa.
It is also 15 minutes by car to Formentor, an exclusive area that is not to be missed! and only 8 km from the best beaches of Alcudia.
It benefits from air conditioning, DVD; smart TV HD; and barbecue.
It consists of the ground floor where there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with fireplace and a complete bathroom ; and a first floor where there are three bedrooms (one with its own terrace balcony and two others share a balcony with spectacular views of the area) and a complete bathroom.
It is surrounded by gardens of great natural beauty.
In this area you can enjoy all kinds of maritime activities, diving, surfing, skateboarding, hiking, road biking, paragliding, horse riding, golf, tennis, adventure sports, etc.
This property has maximum capacity. 6 people, with the possibility a cot without charge.
Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out before 10:00.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! De locatie is dichtbij pollenca, de haven en het strand. Met een auto ben je overal snel! De tuin was ruim en goed onderhouden. Het meubilair was ligt gedateerd maar dat stoorde niet. Maria was heel goed te bereiken voor vragen en advies!

Das Haus hat alles erfüllt, das es versprochen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist recht abgelegen von der Stadt und dem Strand (jeweils ca 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto), was für viel Ruhe sorgt. Alles war sauber und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an genügend Steckdosen, weshalb man manchmal improvisieren muss (z.B. wenn man Toastbrot und heisses Wasser gleichzeitig machen will). Aber sonst gab es wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen.Maria, die Hausverwalterin, haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, hatten aber einen sehr guten Kontakt via Messenger mit ihr.
Nachts ist der Pool beleuchtet.

Vielen Dank nochmals an die Gastgeberin Maria es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, in der Villa gibt es alles was man brauch man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die Natur um ein herum ist ein Traum ich würde jederzeit gern wiederkommen Beste Grüße S.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Die Villa liegt sehr idyllisch in einem ländlichen Villenviertel mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Berge, kurzen Wegen zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie zur Stadt Pollenca und hat eine gute Anbindung an das Straßennetz. Die Gastgeberin Mercedes ist sehr herzlich und war bei allen Anliegen immer erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen- auch den schönen Garten mit Pool und Außenküche- und kommen gerne wieder!!

Diese Finca war eine Enttäuschung!

Leider hat die Klimaanalge in 2 Schlafzimmern nicht funktioniert, die Filter waren verschmutzt, diese wurden dann nach 2 Nächten gereinigt. Allerdings fiel eine Klimaanlage für die letzten Nächte komplett aus und konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht mehr repariert werden. Daher habe ich eine Entschädigung vom Vermieter erwartet, diese wurde allerdings abgelehnt und jeglicher Kontakt komplett abgebrochen. Die Badezimmer und Küche sind alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig, ebenso das Pool und die Gartenmöbel. Da das Wohnzimme keine Klimaanlage (!) hat, kann man sich aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen im Sommer dort nicht aufhalten. Auf der Terrasse und im Garten gibt es leider zu viele Moskitos, daher ist auch dort ein Aufenthalt nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Finca an sich ist recht hübsch, allerdings viel abgewohnter, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen!

Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger aber doch zentraler Lage

Schönes Haus mit grosszügigem Aussenbereich. Sehr gepflegter großer Pool, viel Rasen zum spielen und Grillen in der Aussenküche. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber es ist nicht weit bis nach Pollenca, Alcudia oder Supermärkten. Nette Gastgeberin. Nach unserem Empfinden gab es alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Schöne Finca in guter Lage

Die Finca ist optisch ein Traum und die Lage günstig, um von dort aus zu den verschiedensten Stränden, Buchten, Ortschaften zu kommen. Wir waren zusammen mit Freunden als zwei Familien dort und jede Familie konnte ein Bad für sich nutzen, wobei man sagen muss, dass das untere Bad nicht ganz so schön war. Es war recht feucht und hatte oft einen nicht so angenehmen Geruch. Das obere Bad war aber gut. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool und Außenküche war sehr schön und wir haben beides genutzt. Die Finca selbst war von der Einrichtung her recht einfach gehalten. Leider empfanden wir die Betten als nicht so bequem, aber das ist ja Empfindungssache. Insgesamt hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Ausstattung etwas besser in Ordnung gewesen wäre. So war z.B. die Kaffeemaschine defekt und auch sonst waren einige Gegenstände nicht ganz so gut in Schuss. Ein defekter Duschkopf wurde jedoch umgehend von Mercedes ausgewechselt. Mercedes war eine sehr liebe, freundliche Ansprechpartnerin, die sich bei Rückfragen auch umgehend gemeldet hat. Auch war die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise super organisiert und hat gut geklappt. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Oferta zgodna z opisem, spokojna wiejska okolica, wygodne klimatyzowane sypialnie z tarasami ,wygodna kuchnia, piękny ogród, wystarczający basen, doskonała lokalizacja umożliwiającą zwiedzanie ( konieczny samochód ),przejechaliśmy ok 1000 km, 11 dni to za mało,ale i tak zobaczyliśmy dużo-każdy dzień był dzielony między plażę,zwiedzanie,odpoczynek w ogrodzie nad basenem,polecamy marokańskie jedzenie ( szczególnie tapas wczesnym popołudniem), ale warto przygotować czasami coś w domu - świetne zaopatrzenie w sklepach-polecamy szczególnie owoce morza i ryby w dużych marketach Eroski, na pamiątkę polecamy ręcznie wykonywaną ceramikę,sztuczne perły(najlepiej pierwszego gatunku)i słodycze z migdałami. Świetny kontakt z menadżerem obiektu - Mercedes.

Lovely traditional finca

We had a lovely holiday here, welcome pack provided, kitchen well equipped, everything very clean if a bit tired. Nothing too much trouble for Mercedes who looked after us very well. We didn’t use the downstairs bath/shower but the upstairs shower could do with replacing. Pool was lovely, but the sunbeds could do with a scrub. Very peaceful area, it’s too far to walk from the villa into Pollenca or Puerto Pollenca, so car needed. Plenty of games provided and excellent TV and WiFi. Supermarkets 5 min drive away.

Romantic location fabulous views

We have stayed in may villas in Mallorca but this one is our favourite because the location is so perfect!! The villa is in a quiet residential area and enjoy the most fantastic views to the mountains and country side of Mallorca We wake up every morning with stunning views up to the Puig of Maria The villa is very cozy, and the garden area and poll are superb, very relaxing It was very clean at arrival and the kitchen is fully equipped , The best is the BBQ area where we spend most of our dinner watching the sunset We were very happy with Maria who was a very good host always helpful Thank you Maria we will come back again!!!

Peaceful villa in a great location.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and spacious villa. It’s in a great location having both privacy and fab views but being close to Pollensa. The beds were super comfy and the showers were great. Our only complaint was that there was only one parasol but there were plenty of trees so it didn’t really matter. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bonita y tranquila propiedad

La casa y el jardín son muy agradables, buenas dimensiones y extraordinariamente tranquilos. El agua sale con fuerza en las duchas y el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección. Está bien situada a 5 minutos de Pollença y del Puerto de Pollença. Mercedes está absolutamente atenta a todas las necesidades que puedan surgir y las resuelve con rapidez. Lo único que necesita mejorar es la cocina que necesita una renovación completa sobre todo del lavaplatos (y lavadora/sacadora) y aumentar el menaje (vasos, platos...). En general, muy recomendable.

Fuimos en familia y alquilamos bicicletas con las que ibamos al puerto. La disfrutamos muchisimo; sus increibles vistas desde la piscina y su hermoso jardin. La casa es amplia y comoda. Gracias Mercedes por estar atenta a nuestros pedidos. Nos veremos el proximo verano.

Fabulous charming country House with great views !

The villa is really nice and charming, it spacious and each bedroom has aircon. There are a number of seated areas to relax by the pool, in the shade or on either of the two balconies, as well as a nice sofa area and dining table inside. The garden is very well look after and has great views The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine in the utility room. There is also a lovely bbq area. The location was good as it was between Pollenca town and Port de Pollenca. Port de Pollenca is probably a little far to walk (we didn't try) but it's not far by car. There is ample free parking at the south end of the Port but note it stretches for a few kms so is a fair walk to the other end. There is paid parking by the boats. There is free parking in Pollenca town. I would really recommend Celler El Moli for set lunch in Pollenca town. It is away from the Placa Major but it is buzzing with locals at lunchtime and for about €12-14 you can eat a fresh, simple 3 course meal with wine and water. Mercedes was really helpful both before and during our stay. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.
