The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood but still convenient to restaurants and coffee shops. Loredanna is very nice, and she responded immediately to every question I had. The apartment is beautiful and the photos are accurate.

We had a delightful time in Cagliari. The apartment was cozy and decorated tastefully. We were in walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the port.

Great stay

We had a great time discovering Cagliari from this location. The apartment was clean and quiet. The double bed was very comfortable. Our hostess was very kind and helpful.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

We had an issue with our flight and arrived a day late. Host was very helpful and understanding and arranged transfers to/from the airport. Her daughter met us for check in and went over local attractions. Apartment is very nice and in the perfect location. Would love to visit again with more time. Losing a day, made this trip way too short!

Beautiful accommodations central Villanova

This was a last minute booking for our family of 5; complete luck! Wonderfully situated in a very lovely, walkable town, lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Our host went above and beyond not only coordinating our check in but also made offers to assist with airport transport and gave us a ton of sightseeing suggestions, it was so helpful. The apartment itself is comfortable, modernly decorated with all the conveniences. We hope to be able to return and stay again. Thank you Loredana and Luna!

Great spot for a few days cycling!

Communication with Loredana was great. We used WhatsApp and Google Translate. For us the apartment was perfect as we had hired 2 bikes and being ground floor it was easy to bring them in. 5 days cycling and each night walked 5 to 10 minutes for food. We would give 12 out of 10 if we could! Spotlessly clean. We would sit outside the door with a beer or glass of wine and watch the world go by!

Turismo de ciudad (no de playa)

POSITIVO Los aires acondicionados funcionan bien. La actitud de Loredana es positiva y está pendiente. Está cerca del centro. NEGATIVO La wifi funciona muy mal La TV del salon no pilla ningún canal. No hay tostadora, sino sandwichera. El aparcamiento es muy incomodo y caro (al menos que te la juegues a buscar sitio y con riesgo de multa). No tiene microondas, solo horno. Si pones el horno y los AC al mismo tiempo saltan los fusibles del contador. No es para 6 personas, como mucho 3 o 4. Hay un baño SIN bañera (con plato de ducha) y no tienen hidromasaje (solo un duchador que cambia el chorro), el agua sale fría-caliente, no funciona bien. El segundo baño es solo aseo y está luego de salir a un patio interior muy pequeño que se usa para colgar la ropa ( es incomodo porque se pasa mucho calor al salir).

Salve Pablo, sono veramente mortificata che abbiate trovato tutti questi problemi nella mia struttura e che questo per voi sia stato un disaggio. Però volevo puntualizzare alcune cose, se in qualsiasi abitazione accendo in contemporanea tutti gli elettrodomestici è normale che la corrente salti. Il tostapane era dentro il mobile, forse vi è sfuggito oppure troppo moderno per capirne l'utilizzo. La tv sono spiacente è solo in Italiano. La wi-fi purtroppo e stato un problema da parte del gestore e questi inconvenienti capitano anche a casa. La posizione mi dispiace veramente tanto ma la casa è centrale, sicuramente avete avuto problemi di orientamento. Spero che tutte le vostre prossime vacanze siano all'insegna della perfezione totale. excellent emplacement et confort garanti

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme et de commodités. Loredana nous a rencontrés avec amour, a expliqué en détail tous les délices de Cagliari. nous avons passé un bon moment à nous promener le soir dans le centre ville, tout est accessible à pied.

Very good apartment - we recommend it!

We spent a few days in the apartment. Staying in it we will remember very nice. We were welcomed by a very nice lady, she showed us on the map the most interesting places in Cagliari. Apartment very well maintained, there were the most necessary things in it in very good condition. In case of problems, contact the owner without any problems. Apartment in a quiet area, and most importantly everywhere is close, bus stops, shops, places to visit, and a market where you can buy everything. I recommend it most !!!
