HILTON HEAD ISLAND -New Owner and Completely Renovated St. Andrews Common comfortable 2BR, 2BA 2-story villa in Palmetto Dunes. Off the beaten track, St. Andrews is nestled near but attractively set apart from the entrance to Palmetto Dunes in its own lush entity. Overlooking the Fazio course, St. Andrews is quiet with serene landscaping, bird life, and close to all the resort amenities. St. Andrews has an on-site pool, and the ocean is minutes away. Palmetto Dunes is a 2,000 acre oceanfront resort with 3 miles of ocean access, 11 lagoons (great for kayaking!), 3 championship golf courses, 24 tennis courts as well as extensive bike-friendly pathways that include access to Shelter Cove/Marina with many restaurants, shops as well as boating. Access to beach with parking is at the Dunes Beach House and at the Disney Beach Club. Free shuttle service through the Palmetto Dunes Buggy is available April through September. By staying in our villa you will be enititled to Owner's discount on the 3 Palmetto Dunes championship golf courses, tennis courts and a 20% discount on rentals (bicycles, kayaks, etc.) at Hilton Head Outfitters located within Palmetto Dunes.
This beautiful ocean walk villa recently renovated with all new furnishings/interior, offers expansive views of Fazio golf course. With wood flooring appearance throughout and custom luxury finishes, this villa is sure to offer a relaxing getaway overlooking the George Fazio Golf course and lagoon.
The entry features wood flooring appearance that runs throughout the living areas giving the villa a warm, yet luxuriously modern feel. Just off the entry is the beautiful open-concept kitchen, fully-equipped with granite countertops, flat cooktop and two swivel barstools. Off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6 that opens into the living room with a 48” Smart Sony flat screen HDTV, DVD player, French door to balcony overlooking the Fazio golf course, many ponds, and a lengthy lagoon. Step onto the balcony you will find a high top table with 2 high top chairs and two rocking chairs, surrounded by fabulous views, live oak trees w/hanging Spanish moss, much wildlife, and nature.
The master bedroom just left of the living room has a queen bed, 32 “ LG flat screen HDTV, French door to balcony, and private full bath with stand-alone shower.
15 steps up the spiral staircase is the second bedroom featuring twin beds. This bedroom also has its own private full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
There is a separate laundry room with stacking washer and dryer. Also included is free WiFi high speed internet service and cable TV service with over 200 channels.

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa! It is beautiful, spacious, and so quiet. Such an easy walk to the pool and about a 3 minute drive for us to the beach with very accessible parking. Owners were great to work with and they truly thought of all the little things that we needed on a vacation - we even enjoyed their bikes and did not have to rent any. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean and well appointed. The location is perfect - fantastic views of the golf course, lagoons and wildlife. Short drive or bike to the beach, and steps to the pool. Easy to get to anywhere else on the island. Great and timely communication from the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful time in this tastefully renovated villa in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was very clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable vacation. It is located close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Club and has easy access to bike paths for rides to the beach. We will certainly consider this property for future visits to Hilton Head.

A Perfect Stay

The condo was lovely and just as pictured. It suited as well. The complex pool was beautiful and large compared to others in the area. Tom was a delight to work with. He was very responsive and generous. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Villa!!

I can't say enough great things about this property - super clean, very nicely updated and very private. I also had the opportunity to speak to one of the owners (Tom) a few times and he was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to provide information on things from best restaurants to island activities. I can honestly say that, while we've stayed in some very nice properties in our many years of coming to HHI, this villa is probably the nicest. Will definitely stay here again in the future and looking forward to our next visit!

Want a golf course view

Tom and Jan's condo is updated, immaculate, and beautiful. Every detail was planned for and completed. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the walk-in shower. Our priority is outdoor space with a view of the golf course, and we enjoyed the deck and the view. Tom went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation in Palmetto Dunes

This unit is exactly as described & very nice inside, with lovely views. Visiting from the UK it was also great to have x4 beach chairs & x3 bikes, plus decent wifi & cable. The owners are extremely helpful & responsive. It has everything you could want for a vacation. We have stayed in many units in Palmetto Dunes over the years & this is one of the nicest. We like St Andrews Common because it has a nice outlook & pool area. Plus it’s a nice bike ride to the beach. It’s also really easy to walk to restaurants at the entrance to the community. Great Mexican restaurant!

Very nice condo

Lovely property. We are older and the condo being on second floor was a little tough for us. Maybe we bring to much stuff. Deck was great. Loved watching the golfers. Nice location to the pool and pond with turtles and alligator or two. Owner Tom is pleasure to work with.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Tom, the property owner was friendly, helpful, accessible and went out of his way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the villa, the location is beautiful and is right on the golf course. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It was a very quiet and restful week....just what we needed! :)

The property is in excellent condition, including all the furniture, appliances and fixtures. This is a property that the owner takes pride in and it is apparent from how it is decorated and the material that was used within the unit. The location was perfect for us, secluded enough and quiet, but we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 5 minutes. The owner is very attentive and makes sure that your stay is enjoyable and trouble free. Palmetto Dunes is a clean and friendly environment that is perfect for all ages. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

A Heavenly Villa And Precious Owners

I will have to say that my experience renting this property was of the utmost highest and as well with the owners. The villa was so very cozy and inviting with such precious decor. The back porch area with the rocking chairs and beautiful trees, landscape and wonderful wildlife was just icing on the cake. Also, the location was just perfect. The owners were so very caring and wanted to make sure that my stay was just perfect. There really isn’t a rating that is high enough for my whole experience😊.

The villa was exactly as described. The location was perfect for my wife and I and our 10 year old son. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. This is our 7th year at Hilton Head and this is by far our favorite villa and we will be returning again next year. The owner was very cooperative and easy to reach and responded to our only concern within hours and handled it immediately. As a matter of fact, if the villa had a Keurig it would have been just as we would have decorated and equipped. Bike ride to the beach was 5 minutes and a walk to the general store was about 10. The community pool was close and not crowded during our stay. Can’t wait until next year.

No need to look elsewhere...

This home is truly exceptional. The views from the windows and deck are beautiful. I'm not a golfer, but I enjoyed the abundant greenery and wildlife. The house is decorated and equipped with high-end furnishings, appliances and day-to-day necessities. The owners have given much thought to their guests' needs and have generously provided even the smallest items. The area is quiet and serene. Communication and ease of check-in were excellent. The bike path from the home to the beach is pleasant. Walking fast, the trip to the beach is around 27 minutes one way, so a bike is helpful when carting things to the beach. That in itself is not a 'negative' and would not prevent me from returning to this wonderful HH gem.

The owners live in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Tom is recently retired. He had a 41 year career with a major General Contractor/Construction Manager. He is a civil engineer graduate of The University of Cincinnati. Jan works part time for Hospice as a nurse & licensed medical massage therapist.

Why they chose this property

We have traveled to Hilton Head yearly since our children were small toddlers. Typically we always have stayed in Palmetto Dunes. We now have 4 grandchildren who now also love it here. It is a perfect location and close to so many amenities. St. Andrews seems to be the perfect location for us. It is beautifully landscaped, private, and the property is well cared for. Our villa has a fresh coastal look with lovely views from every window. A perfect place to relax & enjoy your vacation.

What makes this property unique

Palmetto Dunes has a perfect location and is conveniently located in the central part of the island . We are close to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, lovely bike trails, golf, tennis, General Store. Just across the Highway is Shelter Cove & Town Center with a scenic harbor, boats, many shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment, outdoor dining/bars . So much to do & see !
