Perfect Stay for Spring Break

Had a lovely time staying at this property. There were no issues that we incurred. The villa was clean, came with basic amenities, a cute box for each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, eye makeup remover and bath salts, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, and what you might need for the week.

Relocation

We needed a place to stay, relocating for work. The villa had everything we needed. From the kitchen to the bathrooms everything was there.Very lovely and quiet area. Close to everything Hilton head. Spacious and very comfortable.

Wonderful Retreat

The property was lovely, had everything we needed for a week stay, and was easy to access. Close to everything we enjoy, ie. golf, restaurants, shops and the beach.

All beds were uncomfortable, many of the furnishings and provided flatware/kitchenware felt quite low-quality. Cords everywhere, the power strip upstairs wouldn't work, so we had to take an extension cord across the room to get the lamp to work. The condo and location itself were nice, and the unit was very clean, but it felt as though not much thought was put into the quality of the furnishings and flooring.

Relaxing

The area is beautiful and very family oriented. It was nice to be in a small community where you can safely go for a run or bike ride. The host was quick to respond to a message.

Adult trip to HHI

The condo was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. I just wish that there was a grill so we could have cookout inside of cooking out meals inside. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions in a timely fashion. We will definitely look at staying in the condo again.

Great resort. Biking paths are tremendous. Biked to the beach and on it. Place was big enough to accommodate. Good times.

Good for the Price

We love St. Andrews! This condo was comfortable and close to the pool. It had everything we needed as far as kitchenware and the main floor bed was comfortable. This is not an updated condo and the cost reflects this so it was what we expected.

Great Escape

Everything was fine. Good collection of utensils and kitchen gadgets was great because we cooked many meals. Convenient location, easy bike ride to rest of Palmetto Dunes. I was really impressed that we changed (cut by one day) the length of our stay the week before our reservation and they refunded the extra day within minutes.

Fun getaway

Quiet, relaxing time in HH. Older unit was perfect for our needs. Appeared as though there was a ceiling project in progress. We had a great long weekend.

No plastic cups to take to beach. No beach towels to use. Queen pull out had crumbs and M&M’s in it. No queen sheets for pull out bed. Dated cabinets and dressers. Broken towel bar in upstairs bathroom.

Renovation needed

Unit is in need of painting (dirty walls in high use areas). Bathrooms in poor condition. Handle to bathroom sink came off second day of visit, rendering it unusable. Property management was unable to repair prior to departure. Excessively loud/vibrating bathroom fan needs to be replaced. Location is fine as Palmetto Dunes community is very nice. While not able to resolve aforementioned bathroom problem, owners were responsive via text & email.

The property was as described. There was an issues with the AC Unit leaking and as soon as the owner was informed repair man were there immediately fixing it.

Kids loved the loft!

Our family enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July at this quaint condo in Palmetto Dunes! Loved the ability to bike throughout the property and utilize the shuttle to access the beach. We appreciated the owners being flexible with our time frame for the trip.
