Grosse Déception

Nous sommes globalement déçus par le logement. En effet la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer (poussière cheveux poils ...). Nous avons été surpris de trouver un très grand logement mais vide : aucun bibelot, pas de décoration, manque évident de vaisselle ( juste pour un repas ) très peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner. Problème avec le lave vaisselle qui s’est vidé et a inondé la cuisine (sans doute fréquent car tous les bas de meubles étaient abîmés. Le grille pain est abîmé, la hotte ne fonctionne pas. Meubles des salles de bain très abimés, douche qui n’etait pas fixée au mur et coulait très mal. Le porte serviette tient mal. Chambres donnant sur la rue très bruyantes car simple vitrage. De plus le volet roulant ne fonctionne pas. Pas de poignée sur la porte d’une chambre. Bref nous sommes globalement déçus de ce logement qui paraissait si beau en photo ! De plus nous n’avons eu aucune réponse de l’agence lorsque nous avons exprimé nos doléances et celle-ci a mis plus de trois semaines à rembourser la caution alors qu’elle aurait dû nous être rendue au plus tard au bout de 15 jours.

The location for this apartment is the best, it is not in the centre but for us it worked great, as we wanted to get to know the real Barcelona. The apartment was big enough for us 5! The terrace is really nice and quiet. We found real gems in this street, amazing shops and restaurants way better than in the centre for sure

I recommend this wonderful place

The service desk was reachable 24/7 and they were very helpful. The apartment was roomy and quiet enough. Both living room and bedroom had separate air conditioning units, which was appreciated.

Excellent stay in Barcelona

I have to take this earliest time to say thank you to the host for sharing his beautiful and charming apartment with us. It gave us a big surprise and pleasant time to spend at Barcelona. Spacious living room, bed rooms, kitchen, oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer, dishwasher, even tea pot and plenty of cups, they have prepared all the stuff you might need. The location is also very convient to every place. I strongly recommend you pay a vist to this place.

Super cool expierence !!

Apartment was great. There are loads of places to eat & drink. 25mins walk to the Plaza de Catalunya. Apartment was clean and quiet. Very good value. We stayed as a friends of 4. We would definitely recommend.

Great value for money

Rooms were clean and big enough for a family. Supermarket stocked everything you need right around the corner. The area is lovely there is a market a few minutes walking from there that we just adored! We highly recommend this website!
