APARTAMENTO DE LUJO DISEÑO EN EDIFICIO CLASIFICADO

Apartamento situado a poca distancia a pie de los principales puntos turísticos. En una zona segura, con bares de moda, restaurantes, museos, etc. Disfrute de nuestro apartamento de 120 m2 - 1300 m2 completamente restaurado y reformado en un edificio clasificado de 1904, una pieza única del patrimonio de Barcelona. Hasta 6 personas.

Terraza cubierta, dos balcones, pisos de mosaico del siglo de edad, muy bien decorado con techos altos, puertas de madera antiguas, 3 salas de estar y ventanas grandes y brillantes insonorizadas. Hemos tomado el cuidado de los más pequeños detalles en el diseño y la decoración.

4 dormitorios (6 personas):
- 1 habitación principal: 2 personas, cama king size.
- 1 habitación doble: 2 camas individuales que se pueden combinar con 1 cama grande con un topper colchón del hotel para mayor comodidad.
- 1 habitación individual: 1 cama.
- 1 sofá extensible: en el área de la biblioteca, 1 persona o 2 niños. (Este es un espacio abierto, sin separación de la puerta).

- FAMILIAR: Baby bacalao, ropa de bebé, trona, bañera bebé y tapones de enchufe de seguridad, siempre bajo petición.

- Artículos para el hogar incluidos: café, té, sal, azúcar, aceite de oliva, servilletas, jabón para lavavajillas, líquido de lavandería, gel de ducha, papel higiénico.

- Gran cuarto de baño y con estilo. Dos baños separados.

Nice unit

The place is comfortable and convenient to metro. Beds provide great sleeping comfort. Quiet at night. And it felt safe. I'd recommend better towels. Or maybe just use fabric softener to relieve the scratchy feel. Also paper towels or napkins would be nice, but maybe that's an american thing? Overall this is a wonderful home base for exploring beautiful barcelona!!

Thanks Cynthia for your comments, I really appreciate them to become a better host with every experience. We change our towels every year and linen each two years to provide good quality. I would personally buy new towels, I understand, love them soft too... Toilet paper and napkins always available and free in the laundry cupboard :-) Always welcome back & safe trip back home !

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, very large and very clean. The air conditioning and (small) elevator were much appreciated. Child friendly and even had toys and games for our toddler. We loved the neighbourhood and will be back.

Perfect location and charming apartment

Our family of 6 recently came back from our trip to Barcelona and occupied this apartment. I was thrilled by its location and pleased by the multiple zones of the apartment (trust me, 4 teenagers need their personal space). It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there while a heat wave so thank God for the AC and ceiling fans. I was impressed by the neighborhood and loved the feeling of being amongst the locals. This part of San Antoni is not as touristic as many other areas. My first pick was Gotic but i am really happy I booked here instead. Also, the location is basicly close to everything by foot or near a bus or metro station. The owner was very helpful after our booking with all of my questions. She had also sent by email very useful information of the neighborhood. There is an elevator to get to the fourth floor even if named segundo. We first thought we would be on second floor but no. The only detail I find important to mention, even if it is not important to some, but certainly to us as my husband is a fireman, there was no fire alarm inside the apartment. We did not see one in the building apartment neither. The site mentionned there was one, maybe we just didn’t see it. I strongly recommend Ana’s apartment in a heartbeat. Memories forever, thanks Ana.

Spacious, clean and responsive host.

Anna was very responsive to our request for cleaning with unscented products due to my wife's allergies. In addition, there were fresh flowers and a bottle of Spanish wine waiting for us upon our arrival. However, the low water pressure in the apartment and the small hot water heater made it quite difficult to take a shower without the water suddenly turning cold after a few minutes. If these issues could be fixed, this would be a lovely place to stay in Barcelona.

We are very sorry for the problem that occurred with the water pressure. We have taken action to solve this, but the technician was not able to identify and repair the problem immediately. Clean, quiet, safe, good for groups and families.

Ana is a sweetheart and made sure we knew local trains, market and where everything was located in the house. The apartment is so cleverly spacious. Our group especially liked the back living room and the patio that was very relaxing after a long day of exploration. I say the metro is about 5 blocks away next to a really big mall that looks like it use to be an arena. Very clean, very quiet and felt very safe. In addition, the home is very close to montjuic.

A remarkable place

We visited Barcelona for a week's holiday in November. I was a bit nervous renting a VRBO in Spain as we have only done this a few times in the U.S. We were overwhelmed with delight at the accommodations. The loft was spacious yet cozy, simple yet modern and fit all of our needs. We especially liked the washer/dryer as it was raining at times during our stay. It was nice to be able to wash AND dry ...also allowed us to pack lighter for our trip. The location was conveniently located which made our experience more pleasant. We were on the go so much...but my teenage boys joked that we need to just hang at our place a day since we loved it so much! We hope to make it back one day for another visit. Highly recommend this unit and would stay again!

Amazing Barcelona Apartment

My kids and I just returned to Utah after spending an amazing summer in Barcelona at this apartment. It was the perfect home away from home. The apartment owners were organized, responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment has been immaculately restored and decorated and has everything you need for a visit to Barcelona. We loved that it is in a quiet and safe neighborhood - but, still only a 20 minute walk into the center of the city and tourist attractions. We will visit Barcelona again and will stay in this charming apartment.

Great apartment, very comfortable.

We loved this apartment. It is in a great location and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to so many great restaurants and easy to grab a cab to explore the rest of Barcelona. Anna could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our first day, we had a bag stolen on the street with our passports in it. She called the consulate and helped us to quickly get there before they closed for the weekend. As a result, we were able to get new passports right away instead of dealing with it for days. She also gave us some great suggestions for places to go. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Barcelona. This apartment is a true gem.

Perfect apartment! Great location!

We loved our stay in your beautiful apartment! Beautifully restored and decorated with high ceilings, brand new kitchen and 2 baths. Perfect for our family of 5 to spread out. We appreciated the warm welcome and orientation to the apartment - so nice to have someone meet us and walk through the space and answer questions. We also appreciated the nice welcome basket with coffee, water and snacks and the extra details like pillows and throws available for relaxing in the living and sun rooms. Very convenient to the Placa de España station for traveling the city via metro and also within walking distance to the Renfre train station. There are markets and shops for food and supplies just steps away. Also a larger “supermarket” in the lower level of the nearby Arena for more selection. We loved our stay in your beautiful apartment - thank you!

Great apartment with everything you need in a wonderful location!

What a gorgeous apartment! Great location, great setup, and great views! The apartment was perfect. It was well stocked and had a very lovely style. Having a second bathroom was very handy for 4 women to get ready. There was a mix up on the arrival time but when I called the owner, she made every effort to fix it so that we were able to get in shortly after our arrival. There was construction in the downstairs apartment with constant banging during the day so that made it hard to enjoy the apartment during the day but this was only really a problem on the first day when we wanted to relax after being jet lagged. The rest of the days we were out of the house exploring the city during the day. Hopefully they will be done soon because this was otherwise the perfect apartment! We would definitely come back!

Top Appartment

Het appartement is goed gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De Metro bevindt zich direkt om de hoek en voor een supermarkt of een broodje hoef je de straat maar over te steken. De kamers in het appartement zijn met veel smaak ingericht en geven je direkt een goed gevoel. Wij vlogen al vroeg in de ochtend maar Raf had het zo geregeld dat we ons geen zorgen hoefde te maken en dat het appartement klaar zou zijn zodra we zouden aankomen. Inderdaad dit was het geval en door deze service konden we al snel genieten van het mooie, levendige Barcelona. Wij hebben het verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren en komen zeker terug.

Modern Apartment/Great for Families

We found the apartment very spacious, clean and modern. We loved the high ceilings and beautiful tile floors throughout. The beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet.There was plenty of room for our 3 young adult children ages 18 - 21 and my husband and I. It was an ideal place to stay for a week near plenty of restaurants and easy access to taxi's and the metro. Walking distance to Placa Espanya, a main hub to anywhere you need to go in Barcelona via metro.

Wonderful apartment, outstanding hospitality!

Our family of five usually stays in apartments when we travel abroad, but this was by far the best experience we've had. We sent our arrival information to Anna, and she greeted us at the apartment and let us freshen up and drop our luggage, despite the cleaning person working to clean up from the previous guests. That gesture was much appreciated as we had just landed after an all-night flight! Anna explained everything and gave us an extensive list of recommendations and directions for using the public transportation. She also left a wonderful list of restaurants in every neighborhood, which we perused and took to heart! The apartment has every appliance necessary, and, most thankfully, air conditioning! The kitchen is nicely appointed, and we were able to eat breakfast each morning and several other meals there. The location is superb -- very easy walk to Placa de Espanya and the Metro station, just two stops away from Sants Estacion and also a slightly (but very slight) longer walk to Rocafort. Within just a few blocks are really wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars! We frequented the Mercadona market in the Arenas because two in our family have some specific dietary needs, but the 24-hour supermercat across the street was awesome for the basics! This was such a wonderful base for us, and we all want to return. One of the highlights was eating at Casa Lucio, a wonderful Catalan restaurant nearby which Anna recommended. My husband called to try to make a reservation, but Lucio does not speak English, and my husband's Spanish is pretty broken. So we thought we could not get in. We asked Anna and Raf if they would be able to try to get us a reservation, and they did! The meal was one of the best we've ever had -- such an experience in and of itself! Thank you, Anna and Raf, for your wonderful hospitality! We hope to return again some day!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great! Walking distance to metro, cafes/restaurants and sites near by, plus a supermercat across the street. It was helpful to be close to everything, especially traveling with our 22 month old and parents in laws. The apartment was clean, beautiful decorated, spacious and had everything we needed -- right to the baby tub for my son! Ana was quick to response with any questions and concerns. Wished the wifi connection was stronger in the bedrooms, but overall we highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for Barcelona

This old architecture and new facilities were a perfect mix. Loved the patterned tiled floors and old ceilings. The location was great with all of the restaurants and food shops and transportation nearby. It was not crowded with tourists which was a relief. The old bull fight ring, now a modern mall, is handy and near the place. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and easy to use, and all was spotlessly clean. The place was large for 5 adults with 3 sitting areas and 3 bedrooms. We especially loved the sun porch with all of the light and used the room with romantic fireplace, no heat just ambiance, at night. The elevator was a plus. Ana was so easy and helpful. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful city with so much to see and do.

We were very pleased with the place. We felt safe, secure, and enjoyed the convenient location.

Anna was very responsive and helpful in making arrangements and ensuring we were ready for our stay and touring in Barcelona. I was appreciative of the tips and recommendations she provided so well organized in PDFs. The amenities (quality and comfort) in the home exceeded my expectations. It was well stocked with more than I expected and made our lives easy. We enjoyed the bakery and corner market across the street and had a 5 minute walk to the metro. I definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

Second stay, hope to come back

Anna's place is perfectly located some 300m from Plaza Espanya - the airport bus stop, the fountains, the Arenas Mall, the Espanya metro station are all within some 4 minutes walk. Grocery stores & the bakery can be found within 100-200m, the little shop opened till late hours is just across the street. Located on the high 2nd floor (with elevator) the apartment is spacious, very clean & well maintained. WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, etc. are provided. Can't comment on TV as I haven't switched it on - too many things to do to waste time on it :-) Anna is a lovely, very responsive host ready to help with the issues like restaurant bookings & local advices. Her flexibility with the early check-in & late check out was great! A little detail to be thought of in the future: the distance from the TV place where the router is located to the bedrooms is ca. 17m hence the WiFi signal is lost in the multiple, thick walls - possibly the stronger router with external antennas could be installed. We are a young international family. We are passionate about traveling and love the enriching experience of meeting new people and discovering different cultures. We are fond of design, art and new ways of creativity.

With lots of enthusiasm and commitment we have started this new project. Whether you come with your family, friends or for business, our aim is to enhance your stay in Barcelona and give you an unforgettable experience.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have carefully and fully renovated it. We designed and decorated this place in a mixed style of Art-Nouveau (restoring the original elements like ceilings, floors, doors, balconies,...), Contemporary design and State-of-the-art comfort.

It has the perfect location, it is in the city center but not in the crowd, it is in a nice, trendy and safe neighbourhood, close to where we also live. The building is an historic classified 1904 building, built in the first years of last century during Barcelona´s major city expansion. Although Barcelona has many Art- Nouveau buildings and apartments, it is not easy to find them in good conditions, bright, and with an elevator.

Spoil yourself in style in our 120m2- 1800sq apartment with floors of century-old mosaic, large and bright windows, beautifully decorated and high ceilings, old wooden doors, 3 sitting areas, typical Barcelona balconies and a sunny covered terrace with views to a quiet garden (there are even palm trees).

Your comfort and well-being is paramount. We have passionately prepared this place for you to offer you an unforgettable experience. Even the smallest details are important to us as we truly believe they make a difference.
