4 Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage On Beautiful North Salisbury Beach!

Spend a week or more right on the quiet North Beach, but a short walk to Salisbury Beach center for concerts, restaurants, arcades and more.

This beautiful beach unit includes 4-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, 1-bath, 1-garage space plus one tandem off-street parking space. There is additional on-street parking across the street. Streaming TV and WiFi are included. This unit is attached to unit#1 in a duplex home.

Available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) and week/weekend rentals in the spring and fall.
This unit is also available for winter rentals from November 1st thru April 30th for $2200 per month. (all utilities included)
next available winter rental is 2027 through 2028.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put dirty towels and mats on top of the washer in the garage. The unit should be given a basic clean to help keep cleaning fees as low as possible.
Please make sure the lock box key is returned to the lock box.
If there are any missing or broken items, please let me know asap.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please be advised, If your pet is approved prior to booking, no linens are provided for the safety and comfort of future travelers.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beddings, they must be gated/crated when left in the house alone and must be leashed and picked up after.
Town of Salisbury doesn't allow dogs on beach from April 1st- September 15th. There is a grass area across the street to take dogs. PLEASE PICK UP!

Great place

Our stay at this property was amazing. The house had wonderful views and all the amenities necessary for our stay. Everything was nice and clean. The outdoor area is a hit and also the beach that is approximately 100 feet from the deck. We had an amazing time at this rental. Host was very helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely rent again. Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here again even if we have to plan our vacation around when this unit available lol.

The most amazing week!

Never before have I had the pleasure of having the beach be my back yard and it is not an experience that we will ever forget. Although one bathroom for 7 people was a bit tight the property was otherwise perfect and the owners super helpful and responsive if we needed anything at all. Tandem parking was a bit tricky for our two large vehicles we we elected to park on the street which we imigine would be somewhat more tricky during the peak season. The beach is meticulously groomed and the water extremely clear. The downtown has something for all ages and is just a short and very pleasant walk down the beach. We will be back!

It was nice but we weren’t impressed. Dawn was responsive and nice and the beach access was definitely nice but the place was quite old. We knew ahead of time but not having bed sheets or bath towels provided was odd. It can fit 12 people but all bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Walls are insanely thin. The bathroom shower spout is falling apart. Still works but falls off. It doesn’t clog drain so it was hard to give my son a bath and the pressure was super light for showers. The kitchen is outdated so we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. No dishwasher.No heat (was cold this weekend). We bought a truck and had to fit half in garage and half out. Couldn’t fit with cross street parking and very little space in front of garage so smaller SUVs or sedans are the only vehicles that fit. The check out and check in instructions were different from app to what was inside. We paid over 100 cleaning fee but were asked to clean with “provided cleaning products” before we left. The beach access is very nice but for how old the place is (and very small for how many people it can sleep) it wasn’t what we thought it would be.

Hi Jordan, I'm sorry you were not impressed with my property. I wish you had contacted me with your concerns. There are mini-splits in every single room, as well as heat in the bathroom and a gas space heater on the first floor. If you had asked me about the heat, I would have told you how to work the heaters. You never called to ask about the stove, I haven't had any issues with it prior to your stay. I did not know there was an issue with the shower or tub spout, now that I know, I can get them fixed. It would help if you communicated with me about these issues, I do provide towels, just not sheets. Thank you.

Vraiment génial, week-end entre amis avec des enfants de tous âges. Assez grand pour nous accueillir confortablement. N’oubliez pas vos serviettes de douche et de plage, il n’y en a pas de fourni! Le proprio habite à côté, alors s’il y a un problème, il peut rapidement répondre au besoin.

Cozy cottage on the beach

My family, 3 children ages 6 and under and our dog stayed for 5 nights. The location was awesome and convenient being only a few steps from the ocean. We had everything we could need and Dawn was just a text away if we needed anything. It is only 1 mile from the New Hampshire line so while the weather was cooler we were able to take a drive up the coast to Maine and sight see. We definitely recommend staying here.

An ocean front rental very very nice! My 90-year-old mother love that she could sit on the porch and view the ocean and the walk to the ocean was not too far for her. You could watch the children from the porch while they were playing on the beach. We all had a great time. Thank you Dawn!
