Come stay right on the beach! This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhome has all the amenities you need for your beach vacation. Fully furnished, recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry in-unit. Plenty of room for the whole family! Grill meals on the outdoor grill and walk a few steps out to the public beach. 2 car tandem off street parking included as well as wifi and streaming live TV.

Dawn was amazing to work with and when one guest showed up a day early was owe accommodating and was able to let us use the house a day early! Can’t wait to stay again

Dawn is an amazing host and very responsive. The unit is right on the beach and very relaxing and peaceful. It was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing at night.

Loved our visit to Salisbury Beach, bringing back so many memories before moving to Montana. This cottage was lovely, decorated so nicely and having just about everything we needed, except for sheets which we brought with us. Being on the oceanfront, sitting on the porch, watching the sunrise, listening to the surf, going to the center for Cristy's pizza, lobster at Brown's, visiting nearby familiar places and seeing local friends and family were just wonderful! Dawn, the host, was so helpful and friendly. We appreciated her letting us park our 12 passenger rental van in front of the garages. Just an overall great rental!

Absolutely beautiful location that wasn't far from things. Worked well for our family. Host was very good at responding to questions and allowed us to check in a little early when house was ready. What wasn't known was the need to bring our own bed linens, garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Also, while there were towels, there isn’t enough for the number of people the duplex holds. If more than two people will be staying, bring towels.

We booked this last minute for our 16th annual "Sea witch weekend". Right off Dawn was a great host! And easy to talk to. She always answered my questions quickly... And was always, kind. (I did ask a lot of questions) The home was clean and we had plenty of room for six ladies. I loved the open kitchen/ living dining area. As I'm often in the kitchen cooking. And this way not only could I see the ocean from there but we could all be together in the same room. We rented off-season and the parking across the street was so easy! Not to mention two spots (one in the garage And one behind it) being kinda off season we got lucky we were able to check in early and out a little later as well.. So we really got to enjoy the sunny Monday sitting out at the ocean before our trip home. To me, the beach house view was priceless. We had coffee on the porch every morning looking at the ocean. And then sat outside quite a few times enjoying the sun and the sand. Ty Dawn For a great girls weekend!
