Peaceful holidays for an active family

If you wish to experience a unique, different holiday away from the crowd, busy hotels, overcrowded beaches, noisy tourist and at the same time devote all the time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Island of Hvar, than there is no better place than this holiday home.
Situated in a village of Vela Rudina, just 2 km from Start Grad it is ideal starting point for all your exploration of the island. You can do it how you like it. In a car, on a bike or by foot. There is a plenty of things to see.
Just a 750m away is a very quiet beach of Zukova and also Zavala which is situated on the opposite side. The first one is accessible only by foot while on the other you can come by car too.
The house itself has all the necessary equipment and commodities for a relaxing and pleasant stay. It's fully air-conditioned, with two large terraces, two bedrooms and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, hot water heater etc.
The barbecue is included too.
We will supply y you with bed covers and towels.
There are also 3 bike available to be used by our guest. 2 mounts bikes and one city bike.
Two tennis racquets and some tennis balls are also free to use in case you would like to play some tennis on a nearby courts in Stari Grad or Vrboska.
There is a lot of parking space so you won't have to worry about that.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was build in the 80' as a family summer house. It has been in use ever since as a summer holiday house for the family friend and relatives.
From 2018, we have decided to put it on a renting market and allow others to enjoy the calmness and relaxing atmospheres which we have enjoyed during the years.

Why they chose this property

This house is situated on the top of the hill near Start Grad. It is not a typical "by the see" villa but it has her charm in a tranquility of the soundings and the distance form the noisy and crowded places.
For someone who needs a proper relaxing holiday this is and ideal place. yet, from here you can reach any part of the island in just a 20 minutes ride. You can walk to a near by beach Zukova and spend some nice time on worm rocks and enjoying the clear waters, or you can take a bike or a car and drive to any near by beach in just a 10 minute.

What makes this property unique

As a contrast to a clima in the town, on this hill you can enjoy the sleigh breeze which makes relaxing on one of the terraces a very pleasant experience. At night form the on the same terrace you can enjoy a nice dinner with your family and friends, eating local fish from the barbecue under the starry sky.
Instead of an alarm clock, you will hear a distinctive sound of crickets.
It's all part of the same deal.
