Shore Residences MOA Tower B, 12th Floor

This Unit is a huge size of 30 sq mtrs! only few units here in Shore has this room size, compared to standard room of just 24 sq mtr unit. You also have a very nice Manila Bay view and picturesque view of Manila. And not like other units, you have here washing machine, Internet WIFI, kitchen appliances, dining table and 40 inch LCD TV. Fitted with double sized bed and extra mattress and sofa set. The pool entrance is by the second floor. We want to ensure that we do all that we can to help you enjoy your stay.

There's a load of places you can spend time here. MOA is just 12 min walk, it's a huge shopping complex with cinema and restaurants. There are a bunch of buffet restaurants lining the bay, as well as a Dampa Restaurants which are just across the road, where you can buy fresh seafood and ask some of the restaurants there to cook it for you, for a nominal fee. If you just want to unwind, you can stroll by the seawall and enjoy the famous Manila Bay sunset.

Note: there is a fee of P150 per person for use of pool per day for pool maintenance and for keeping a high standard of our pool.
