Great location in Newport Pasay City- not too crowded. The condo itself was comfortable- enough for 6 adults including our driver who slept on the couch. Host, Cesar, was very responsive and professional. Margie, the caretaker, was the same and quite competent and friendly. The only thing i wasn’t pleased about were the creepy crawlers that came out late at night. A fumigation is definitely on the wish list.

Family Trip to the Philippines

- Great location: safe, easy nearby access to grocery, eateries, Starbucks, and MNL airport. - Amenities: just as described, and perfect for what we needed (we had no needed for additional requests). - Host/reception: very friendly and accommodating (pre-arrival communications, recommendations, etc.). Would stay here again and recommend to everyone!

The host and the caretaker were terrific! Every time we reached out, they immediately got back with us. The unit was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It is located near plenty of shopping and dining. The onside security makes guests feel very safe. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next Manila visit!

Great location

We were 2 couples and 1 teenager. Everything was clean and nice, and the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly. Pool was very nice. We did see a few bugs at night- which always fills me with atavistic terror- but elevator signs said extermination was planned in the next few days and I realize that’s a risk in the tropics. Please put a couple light lawn chairs on the balcony. It’s too hard dragging the others out. And please fix that sharp 3/4” lip between bath and bedroom, my toes were damaged daily. Would stay here again.
