South facing sun trap garden, walled on two sides, fenced on the third.
Parking comfortably for a 4x4 or, at a squeeze, two small cars. Provided are a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hob, fan oven, extractor fan, slow cooker. There is a small bathroom with a free-standing shower (no bath).
Upstairs two separate but adjoining south-facing bedrooms, more beams and views over garden to gate and field beyond. Comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and duvets provided. Chests of drawers and bedside tables, hanging cupboard, hairdryer.
