Sunrise Orlando Villa

Ma villa de luxe est située dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Sunrise Lakes.

La villa dispose de quatre chambres, comprenant deux chambres de maßtre avec salle de bains et deux chambres lits jumeaux partageant la troisiÚme salle de bains. Il dispose également d'une piscine chauffée et d'un spa orientés au sud (avec supplément à payer pour le chauffage) qui ne sont pas négligés par derriÚre, vous offrant ainsi une intimité supplémentaire non offerte par toutes les maisons.

Le garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux entiÚrement climatisée qui divertira tous les membres de la famille, quel que soit leur ùge. La salle comprend une table de billard et une table de hockey sur air, ainsi qu'un jeu de fléchettes électronique.

Walt Disney World est rĂ©aliste Ă  15 minutes et toutes les autres attractions majeures d’Orlando sont facilement accessibles.

Avec Internet Wi-Fi sécurisé gratuit, le supermarché à votre porte, un centre commercial Walmart Supercenter à quelques minutes, divers restaurants et parcours de golf de championnat également à proximité Je crois que c'est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances.

This house was everything me and my family needed for the week the host had everything you needed for your stay it was truly clean and had plenty of space for everyone the kitchen had everything we needed the pool area was so enjoyable for me and the entire family even the neighbors were ok over all I will most definitely book this agin in the future thank you for everything

A lovely house - thank you! The pool and games room were a huge hit with our teens! The games room especially had lots to offer. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying here. Sharon was great with all communication before and during the stay. The house could possibly be improved with some modernising and a ceiling light in the lounge. Many thanks for having us!

Great time

Overall very happy. Easy check in and clean. All directions were very clear. Pool was heated and loved it. Friendly neighbors even put our trash bins out while we were out for the day. Only downside was the AC temp was locked in at 74-78. Agree with not setting it too low to overwork the system but 74 was a little too warm when outside temps were only high 70s to low 80’s. Would definitely stay again. Many stores around for last minute needs or wants.

Great stay but a few updates would be nice

The property is just like it is listed online.We had trouble with checking in as the previous guests security code was not removed therefore we had to call the property management company to change the code. They were very quick to respond however, if we had been about 40 minutes later, we would not have got into the house until the next day. You do get sun in the pool area, but the tree in the backyard does provide quite a bit of shade. A few things that could be updated are the pots and frying pans as the Teflon coating is peeling off, face cloths are pretty worn, a few more towels would be nice as well as new knives as they are not sharp. These are just our observations. This property is in a good neighborhood with Walmart, Publix and restaurants close by. The neighbors were very friendly. Sharon, the homeowner, was very responsive. We had a great 3 week stay and would book this property again.

Beautiful property!!

We love, love, loved our stay at this house. I cannot say enough about how clean and beautifully decorated the villa was. The owner, when contacted, responded immediately, and was very accommodating and friendly! The location is so close to all the Disney pppPparks.Wewill be back!cWe will be back

Clean

Don’t let the out dated look of the place fool you. It was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything like parks and shopping. I loved that the host had very detailed information around the unit that answered any questions that might come up. Despite the host being overseas, considering the time difference she was quick to communicate. It was nice that there were a few basics supplied to get started. Although not mentioned the unit does have a coffee maker. We would stay here again

Terrible experience

It is the 12th year I am ranting a villa at this area for my HP small athletics group.It was the worst experience.At the first night the temperature at the villa was closed to 0C.The thermostat was blocked,set on cooling only and was under control of ouner.The blankets are very thin and looks old,...We payed for the pool heating for the all stay.But the the water was barely warm.Of cource, I am not going to rent this villa next year.

Fantastic Getaway!

Texans to Florida in Fall

Overall, the location of the property and the villa itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was as it was advertised and we were able to enjoy the pool and spa and the game room on our non-park days. It was extremely helpful to have fans (even though we brought our own). There was plenty of space so that everyone didn't feel crammed. The best feature for me was the soaking tubs because they came in handy after a day of walking at the parks.

Perfect for Disney vacation

This villa is perfect for a Disney vacation. It's location is brilliant just 20 minutes from Disney and 40 from Universal. It's in a lovely quiet area which is well kept and friendly. We had lovely neighbours both sides and felt welcome. It's a lovely size for a family of 8. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The outdoor area is spacious with just the right amount of sun and shade. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Easter break

We had a very enjoyable stay. Having a pool was great the grandkids loved being able to swim all day and was very refreshing after a day at Disney or just out sight seeing. We have always used VRBO and have never been disappointed. Thank you Sharon!

RUIN MY VACATION :(

The property is nice, but we paid extra for heating the pool and "hot tub" but it did not heat. My son ended up renting another property with a nice heated pool for the kids. Besides the internet was on and off constantly, even off for more than 6 hours, so no TV at all.... The temperature meter was locked and the mattress cover really dirty and full of hairs. Not a good support from management. I would like to get at least a refund for the "heating fee" since we did not get a chance to use it and my son left with the kids what ruined our vacations!!!!

Perfect

Great location, 5 mins walk from dollar tree and a short drive to Publix and Walmart. Lots of space, kitchen well equipped, beds really comfy, very clean and well maintained and nice showers. Pool was very welcome after visiting the parks. Disney about 25mins drive, Universal 40 mins. Neighbourhood was very quiet but on the first Saturday night some youths out the back had a car meet. Engines revving all night and music so loud the doors vibrated. Not what we needed on our first night after a long flight. I would definitely recommend staying here as hopefully the car meet was a one off.

The home was as advertised. Nice location. Disney World is a realistic 25 minute drive . Plenty of great restaurants within a few miles and only a mile from super Walmart and Publix. The pool area was great and very clean ! Would definitely recommend
