TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN OUR 2 BEDROOM CONDO

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Perfect location

My husband and I rented this unit with another couple for an extended weekend. The location was excellent with wonderful views of the beach. The balcony had 4 chairs which worked perfectly. It was nice to have the pool as well as the ocean to cool off in. We enjoyed meals at Merrills Inlet. As far as the accommodations went, the unit is rather small but was clean. The second bedroom and hall bathroom were extremely small, the shower barely being big enough for an adult. Also, be sure to take things you will need like dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags and things of that nature as none of it is provided. My biggest complaint would be the beds. They seemed very old and were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time with our friends. Would love to go back to the beach again, but would look at renting a different unit just due to the size and the beds. It was nice to have the parking garage, but be aware if you are driving a large SUV or full sized truck, the spaces are extremely small and it’s tough to get in and out of them.

Great deal!

This was a great deal for the location and time of year. The place was clean, it had DIRECT beach access, and everything was as described. I’m sure some people would complain that it needed some updates, but I don’t go to the beach to spend time with high end bedroom furniture. I highly recommend this place if you’re wanting an excellent location (on the beach and proximity to Myrtle) and a clean place to stay.

A great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Garden City. The only complaint I have with the condo is the bath towels. They were small and low quality where you needed 2 to completely dry off. It may sound insignificant but it is important to me.

Stay

Mattresses need to be replaced. Only an additional small shower and not in 2nd bedroom. No toaster. Otherwise ok. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was accurately described. Resort staff and long term tenants were very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool deck access and proximity to the GB Pier.

Great place to stay!

This unit would be great for a family with smaller children. For 4 adults it was small in the second bedroom and bath. We had an issue with the wifi and they had it resolved within minutes.

The view of the ocean was great. We had a wonderful time, especially my grandson. Condo could have been a little cleaner and was convenient to restaurants and other activities.

Would stay again

The property is on the beach which is perfect. 2 things that need to be addressed are 1. The elevators, very slow and if the wind blew they wouldn't work. 2. I booked a non-smoking condo. It clearly was not the case as I smelled cigarette smoke as doon as I entered and there were ashes in a dish on the counter. Reported it, yet no one came to try and get the smell out. For the price I paid, you would have thought someone would have at least came in to spray or put in air fresheners. Otherwise, it was a wonderful vacation on the beach.

Great Location, QUICK to beach!

Overall very good. Had a couple minor issues, but should be fixed as I told the property manager. Well stocked with accoutrements. Elevators are a might bit slow, but yeah, lotsa folks there

Great First Visit

We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night despite that it’s a beach resort and loved the fact unit was on the beach, covered parking, and no extra fees. Definitely will come back.

We loved the location!

The rental property was not the best. The parking garage was a nightmare 😬 Too close together, the entrance and exit ramp was the same and not run for both so if you met someone you had to back up. Elevators very very slow. Room not clean

Condo 408 June getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and the AC worked great, two things I count on for a good stay. Unit was well maintained with a few issues that were not reported during stay. 1) Disposal was locked up. 2) shower head in master bath was clogged and not spraying properly. 3) balcony light is out. Balcony chairs were great, they set higher up allowing for a great ocean view! Also double electric recliner was very relaxing. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Beautiful location and condo

Furniture was not the same as displayed in the photos. Kitchen very well equipped. Parking was terrible - not enough spaces for large vehicles; turns were very hard to maneuver going from level to level. Temperatures in elevators were very hot. Heard lots of complaints about checking in late - people did not receive code to retrieve parking pass and key and no staff member to contact on site from 5pm until 9am.
