Living room: Freeview TV, Z-Bed (Child Only)

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Patio Door Leading To Balcony

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. On the beach. Originally part of a country house, this second floor, one-bedroomed holiday apartment is situated on the beach with panoramic views over the sea and coastline towards Hastings and Eastbourne. The living room has a folding single bed for a child and the kitchen/dining room has everything you need to cook a family meal. The double bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the beach and the sea beyond. The family bathroom has a bath as well has a shower, so you have the option of a lovely soak or a refreshing shower.

Pevensey Bay is a charming coastal village steeped in history and natural beauty, offering a perfect blend of seaside relaxation and exciting local attractions. Explore the historic Pevensey Castle, where William the Conqueror landed in 1066, and the first Normal church to be built. Enjoy peaceful walks along the shingle beach with Eastbourne a short drive away, offering a classic British seaside experience with its elegant promenade, iconic pier, and family-friendly attractions like the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and a range of thrilling escape rooms.

Good points: great location, nice balcony, comfy sofa with a great view of sea. Bad points: lots of unnecessary clutter in kitchen cupboards and poorly laid out kitchen with no workspace. A drawer full of knives but none of them sharp and 12 shot glasses for example! Bed was enormous but far too big for the room as there was only a tiny gap about a foot wide to squeeze around it to get to balcony so our shins suffered.
