The condo has been brilliantly remodeled with tile floors and granite counter tops, all new furniture! The bathrooms have just been re-done as well! It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with lanai access from the master bedroom! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. It also has a queen size pullout sofa bed. The unit will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook amazing meals for your family and friends. The lanai hosts lounge chairs, a set of dining chairs and a large table for you to enjoy your meals or cocktails outside! There is also upgraded cable with movie channels, a DVD player, and free WiFi.
You cant beat this location for your Maui Getaway! You are just 5 minute north of Lahaina Town and its great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! You are also just 5 minutes to the south of Napili and Kapalua, where you will find some of Maui's best beaches, snorkeling, golf and fine dining.
Please come stay and you will never want to stay anywhere else again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Kaanapali Royal. The condo was so roomy and nice! Was a fantastic place to host visiting guests, barbecue and relax. It's a nice short walk down to the beach and resorts, but nice and private enough. We loved it and will definitely stay there again. The condo was clean and nice and had everything we needed!

Great location! Quiet, well-maintained resort just off Ka'anapali Beach. Tons of beach gear in front closet. Big TV, Bluetooth Speaker, lots of ceiling and oscillating fans. Close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
My family had a great time staying at this beautiful condo near one of the best beaches in Maui! The pool is right outside the balcony, and the location is perfect. Kaanapali Beach is only a short walk across the golf course, downtown Lahaina is a 10 min drive, and Kapalua Beach is not far either. The condo is very well equipped with almost everything we needed, especially the kitchen. My family were able to cook meals every day. The only downside is that the rates are very high during winter break, and Maui Paradise only offered starter kits. Running out of toilet paper was not fun. I do want to say that the property manager, Nick, is super responsive and awesome. We arrived around 10pm the first night, and he was able to bring in extra blankets and sheets even though it was already late at night. :) We would love to come back!!
We absolutely LOVED staying in this Condo!!! Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful resort and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. Also the position of this condo within the resort is perfectly placed - we loved that it was ground floor and you can see the pool when sitting at your outdoor table but it's not too close that it's noisy. We had spent a week crammed in a small hotel room in Waikiki so when we arrived at this condo we just loved the space we had....the beds were so comfy and everything was spotless. The air-con had been turned on prior to our arrival which we really appreciated so when we arrived the place was lovely & cool. The Kitchen is fully equipt with everything you need so we cooked a BBQ dinner most nights and dined outside, it was lovely (the Safeway is within a 5 min drive). We walked to the beach and shops every day. Kaanapali Beach is awesome and the condo is fully stocked with boogie board, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler/esky etc......we couldn't have wanted for anything more. We also loved Kapalua Beach (a 15 min drive), you must visit this beach too! Our host was super quick to respond to one query we had (the previous guests had turned the BBQ gas bottle off too tight and we needed a tool to turn it on), Kelly was lovely and came out to rectify the situation very fast which was great. The pool was FANTASTIC! So clean and warm, we used it everyday. No wonder this condo has many returning guests, we would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Maui. I cannot recommend this Condo highly enough. You will not be disappointed. (Australia)

The condo was in very good condition. Both bedrooms were large, private bathroom, ceiling fans, and TVs. The kitchen was well equiped and overlooked the lanai. The lanai had a private gas grill and ceiling fan. There is a separate $80 fee paid on check in for parking. The condo was close to a Whaler's Village and a Safeway. The only draw back was the condo was not really very close to the beach. You have to either walk a long way around the outside of the complex, down a road, and along another road to beach access. You can take a short cut across the golf course but you have to be careful not to get hit by a golf ball. The walk with the cut through to the beach was about 15 minutes. If close access to the beach is not important, this is the perfect condo.
