Getting out of the rut is a must on a vacation! In addition to the usual tours and leisure activities, your rest deserves a perfect location where a little touch of class and glamor are the icing on the cake! This apartment is part of a newly opened condominium, located in an excellent neighborhood, right next to the city center and with fantastic conditions to receive you.

The property has a comfortable bedroom with a lot of natural light, a feature that is visible throughout the area, thanks to the large windows that give you access to the balcony that surrounds the whole apartment.
In the outdoor area you can enjoy the space to have your meals with a great views of the city and part of the bay.
The living room is decorated with taste and detail, and it is noteworthy that the sofa also serves as a bed, with capacity for two people, giving all the comfort you deserve!
This property can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino of Madeira.
Next to the Casino you will find the lovely Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal.
The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk).

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Perfect location overlooking the harbour. Lovely & sunny balconies all round the building. 15 minute walk down to main shops, etc. but small row of shops, cafes, restaurants just a few minutes away. Would happily return.

Best week in Funchal!

The apartment was beautifully clean and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! We also hired a car so it was very handy to have a secure parking space on site, hosts were very helpful, we didn’t need to ask for much as we already had more than enough information before check in! Bed was very comfortable and we both slept well, we loved the view from the balcony we spent every mor Eating breakfast out there. Lovely bakery down the road which is a 2 minute walk away. Great location to the centre, very short walk to everything you need. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will be recommending you!

Good choice for Madeira for two person!

Generally the apartment is not so expensive, but it is well equipped and close to all the relevant things in Funchal, and looks good, basically. The balcony is not the best, very boring, maybe a roof could be good, and some better furniture. It has an own parking plane on the -1 level, which is very convenient. But need to note that only a small car, for example a ( in our case) Fiat 500 can be able to park there, if it is longer and wider with approx 30 cm, than you have a headache how to park on the second place, where the slot is. The bath had some molds in the corner, but i believe it is because there is no fan inside the bathroom, also on some corners the wall started to peel off, because of the water. Anyway we can suggest it for two person in Madeira! In our opinion it worth!

Beautiful appartment in funchal

Lovely appartment central to all sights of funchal. Modern and spacious. Large wrap around balcony and all mod cons you need for living. Only slight criticism is the out door furniture needs replacing It is tired and worn. We would definitely return to lux 1 funchal

La situation à Funchal est idéal, proche du centre ville à pied, face au casino mais pour découvrir Madère en voiture c'est facile d'accès. Commerces et restaurants proches. Vue sur la mer du balcon, reposante. Calme. Appartement très bien équipé. Bonne literie.Wifi au top. Le garage est réellement un plus mais pour une petite voiture ( style panda par exemple).

Not perfect

Upon arrival not clear how to open the garage. After contact by phone they explained that the remote was in the apartment. Share this with guests before they arrive. The garbage container was not easy to find. The coffee machine is worthless. Water in the kitchen wasn’t getting warm. The shower wasn’t clean, mold every where. You need slippers to take a shower.

Perfect apartment

An ideal apartment for wishing to be located in town, with plenty restaurants , and an excellent bakery close at hand. Good views with the bonus of the all round balcony. The accommodation was furnished to a high standard and very clean. Only 2 small points. The outdoor furniture didn't meet the same standard as the indoors and if you have a car the garage is very difficult to get into. Our car was not big but we ended up parking outside which as its a busy area proved very difficult at times. Overall however we would strongly recommend this accommodation and hope to use it again.

Brilliant apartment

Loved our stay at this apartment. Only five minutes walk from centre of Funchal. The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, all cooking utensils you could want, plus a wrap around balcony with tables and chairs. There is a lift up to the apartment as it is on the third floor. There is a large supermarket about five minutes walk away which stays open till 10pm. The bus stop is just across the road, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Loved this place and would definitely book it again. The garage space which comes with the apartment is very small ,we hired a panda car and had enough problems trying to park that. Got the hang of it in the end.

Magnifique

Un appartement de toute beauté, bien mieux que sur les photos et une vue sur la mer magnifique. A 5 minutes du centre de Funchal à pied, vraiment l'endroit idéal pour un séjour à Madère.Je compte bien d'ailleurs y retourner dans quelques temps et dans le même appartement. Le seul défaut est la place de parking absolument inutilisable car impossible de s'y garer même avec une petite voiture.
