PUNTA MILÀ: Beautiful house with a private swimming pool, located just 600 meters from Cala Montgó beach. It features a living room with a TV (international channels), Wi-Fi, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with access to a patio.On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms separated by curtains , one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower cabin. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds (one with a balcony) and a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, there is private parking for two cars, a terrace, a barbecue area, and a veranda. The house is equipped with a water softener. Pets are not allowed.

Very nice house and very friendly agency

We enjoyed our holidays in this very nice house with the pool in front of it. The house and the pool were very clean. We were very friendly welcomed from the agency. We were escorted to the house and got information regarding the house on site. As I mentioned to the agency on site the following things could be improved: - Several parts in the kitchen like plates and cups have damages, - Humidity seems to be too high in the house, especially in a sleeping room upstairs one can see fungi at the ceiling. All in all we had a lovely holiday in this house

positif - villa bien situé avec petit commerce et plage moins de 10 min à pied. Lieux calme. - cuisine bien équipée, - extérieur agréable avec la piscine, - BBQ confortable (pour le bois il y a une forêt au bout de la rue !) - gestion par costa brava ponctuelle et précise négatifs : - Attention aux Fourmies (ne pas hésité à stocker dans le four!) - extérieur qui manque un peu de verdure. - literie un peu molle.

A faltado wiffy , y canales españoles y catalán de televisión , únicamente se ven canales franceses, también hemos encontrado a faltar el aire acondicionado!!! Resto muy bien !!
