Équipement défective. No maintenance.

Your people that do the cleaning should have detected the equipment defectives and should have acted to have them repaired: the heating plate not functioning at all, zero. The dish whasher missing two buttons, One sliding door jammed inside the wall. In the toilet of the master room, the shower door and the toilet door not installed properly, cannot move them. Only one of the two shower heads work. We have booked five days, missing basics: only 5 forks, no towell to clean the kitchen, no salt, no pepper, only one garbage bag, no security information, one key to access the building and the appartment. Wi-fi does not reach the master room. In summary: beautifull appartment mismanaged.
