Relaxing, sunny home, peaceful wooded setting, 10 minutes to Goose Rocks Beach!

This nautical themed - spacious, open concept - 4 bedroom home with hardwood floors throughout, emanates a relaxing feeling of vacation and beach! This home is nestled on a 3 1/2 acre wooded lot which will provide you with privacy and many wonderful vacation memories! Relax and enjoy long walks along Goose Rocks Beach (just a 10 minute drive) by day, grilling and dining on the rear deck, or sitting around the stone fire pit on the front patio enjoying the serenity of the Maine woods!! Prefer to stay indoors on those chilly nights? You can enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace while conversing with family and friends or reading a book. There are two eating/dining areas: a high top table where you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee while you gaze out the large picture window, or the dining table which seats 8 in an open sunny room with a skylight and large windows overlooking perennial gardens. Because of the open 2nd floor balcony, the ceiling fan circulates the air upstairs & downstairs on the warmer days! There are 2 sitting areas, each with cable TV & 1 TV with a DVD player and Bose surround sound speakers. Wifi is available. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed/walk-in closet & en suite with jetted bathtub & a steam shower. Two bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed while the third has 2 twin beds. All four bedrooms have window air conditioners for those hot summer nights. There is a full bath upstairs. (Please note that linens -bath/beach towels and bed sheets are not provided. Pillows and blankets are provided.)
Check in time is 3PM to ensure our cleaners have enough time to do a thorough cleaning between guests. Cleaning fee is included.

A home away from home.

This was our sixth summer staying here and we can’t wait to check our calendars to book again. The home is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything we could need for a week away. We love the location and privacy as well.

Family Vacation

My family has stayed here for the past three summers and we absolutely love it! It is clean, spacious, and relaxing! We love that it is close to the beach and downtown Kennebunkport. It is the highlight of our summer!

Family vacation- great time, great location

We traveled with 6 adults and two children and this house had great space for all of us for the week. The landscaping is beautiful, we loved the rocks and the flowers. Location is a quick drive to the beach and town. Every room had such wonderful decor - really lovely thought and detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

The highlight of our summer!

This is our fifth stay and hopefully not our last! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything we need for a week away. It is the perfect distance from beaches, shopping and dining. We love the privacy and how it makes us feel at home!

Annual family beach trip

This property was amazingly comfortable, furnished lovely inside and out. The landscaping and lighting in the gardens was beautiful and relaxing. Was comfortable for our group of 7 (5 adults amd 2 children) to create great family memories and still feel like we had plenty of space. Close to shopping, beaches and old orchard beach. Loved our time in this home

Returning renter!

My family and I love coming to this property. This is our fourth year staying here and already booked for next summer. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated, the property is beautifully landscaped and quiet and the perfect distance from the ocean, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maine!

Best house near GRB!

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect to spend the days at Goose Rocks Beach and have dinner and relax afterwards. Very clean. Great beach vibe decorations. The property owner Andrea is lovely and easy to get in touch with. Our favorite rental in Kennebunkport!

Summer memories

From our arrival until our departure we were very impressed with the home and the beautifully landscaped outdoor environment. An added bonus was discovering an abundance of wild blueberry bushes that we loved to pick. The flowers were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

10 Star Vacation

My family of six just spent an amazing week in this beautiful home. The location to our favorite beach was an easy drive. I personally enjoyed the gorgeous gardens. After a long day at the beach returning to this home was so relaxing - our little ones could run and play outdoors while the adults could lounge on the patio and/or deck. Andrea has thought of EVERYTHING. This home is uniquely supplied. Andrea is an amazing host. We cannot wait to return next summer. Thank you!!

Yard and Landscape exceeded expectations!

We had a great week! This year, our selection checklist included a 4-bedroom, clean home spacious enough for 6 adults, and a yard large enough to provide outdoor fun for a 1.5 year old. All criteria met! The yard is stunning, and provides for lots of outdoor gathering spaces including a fire pit for s’mores and relaxing after full days. Wooded, private lot vs. a rental on the coast allowed for a reprieve from coastal crowds and traffic. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

Our family had the absolute best time at Andrea's property. The location was amazing, equidistant btw Dock Square, Goose Rocks, Kennebunk, and easy access to Rte 9, Rte 1, and I95 for additional exploration. The house was clean and comfortable for our group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces for night time fires and afternoon grilling. Plentiful beach chairs provided, outdoor games such as cornhole and kan-jam. If you like convenient access to all there is to do in the Kennebunkport area but also enjoy the feeling of getting away from it all on a beautifully maintained 3+ acre property set back off the road, look no further. Andrea was so responsive and a real pleasure to communicate with. We would consider a return stay without question and recommend to others whole heartedly.

Perfect vacation

The entire package was even better than we expected. The house was so clean it looked like it was the first time it was rented. The lot is huge and alllowed us to play our favorite games ( frisbee , throw baseball, etc... ). Andrea is a perfect host and responding very quickly to the many questions i had all along our vacation. I strongly recommand this property and we will most probably go back in the next coming years. Thanks for everything Andrea !

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at the Kennebunkport house. The house was sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, both inside and out. We loved just hanging out in the house! And our host was very responsive to all my questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Exquisite Location and Great Hospitality

Our Maine home rental was everything that was promised on VRBO: spacious, clean, close to beaches and downtown while still offering quiet and solitude. But the surprise was the great hospitality! Besides communicating so well in advance of our trip, the owner outfitted the house for cooking (complete kitchen setup), beach (complete complement of beach chairs and and buckets in garage), and play (variety of lawn games and puzzles for both indoor and outdoor relaxation.) We had SO MUCH FUN in our week in Maine and credit our VRBO rental for providing the perfect setting.

Amazing Home

Couldn't have been better!

This house was perfect for us. Private with a large yard for kids to play safely. Beautiful clean home with everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay with your family. Plenty of space for 4 adults, 4 bigs kids with one 3 year old. Large rooms and comfortable common areas. I guess the only thing we thought could be added is a clothesline for beach towels. All communications with owner were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this house for families looking to vacation in Kennebunkport with easy access to Goose Rocks Beach or Gooches Beach. Truly a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Nicer than picture

Comfortable, spacious and peaceful

As soon as we pulled in on day 1, we knew we were going to love it. The yard is impeccably landscaped with several places to sit and relax, and somehow even bugs don’t bother you, so the kids especially loved that. Inside, it was warmly decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and amazingly quiet if you stayed in bed later than the rest. We had everything we needed with all the comforts of home right there, with the exception of towels and bed linens, but we knew that going in. The washer and dryer kept our packing light and made it easy to keep towels and clothes cleaned. Andrea and Nick were super responsive and even when we left, and forgot some things behind, they said they’d mail them out to us. That was so very much appreciated and offered by Andrea so pleasantly, I couldn’t be any more grateful. The location is fantastic as well. Most of the places we love to visit were about a 10 minutes drive, so we loved that too. This was our fourth vacation in 6 years to the area, and easily and by far the nicest place we found. If there was a for sale sign out front we’d put in an offer, we truly loved it. We hope and plan to stay again in the future.

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, great supplies and kitchen to stay in and cook, great location!! The owners are amazing and informative! We can’t wait to book 2021!! Thank you!!
