The accommodation is on the right-hand side of a semi-detached house and is spread over 3 floors and offers facilities for 9 people (10 people maximum if the sofa bed is used).
Because Dopplerhaus is built on / in a hill, it is only accessible via a steep staircase, so unfortunately this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with poor health.
Dopplerhaus is a smoke-free property.

We charge an additional € 50 for the use of the Hot Tub. You can use the Hot Tub for a maximum of 3 days for this. We will have to empty it after 3 days to prevent bacteria.
The Hot Tub is not suitable for children.
Do not use the Hot Tub after 10.00 p.m.

We ask for a € 500 deposit upon arrival. This will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks if the house is left in good order.
€ 100 will be deducted for the final cleaning. When the house is left clean, we will not do this.
