SuPavoni - Villa Roccia

The 110 sqm villa owes its name to a particular rock that was left inside during the construction of the house. The house is tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and finished with fine materials.
It has four beds distributed in two double bedrooms each with private bathroom, plus a possible bed on the sofa in the living room. The house is divided into two rooms by four steps.
In the lower part there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room with a built-in sofa, TV, sideboard and armchairs. In the upper part, however, there are the table, the rock that hides most of the kitchenette and through two steps you get in the second bedroom with bathroom. Inside this bathroom in particular there is an exit that leads to an outdoor shower and a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea through a driveway. Behind the rock there is a second exit that leads to another very private terrace surrounded by nature where there is a table to eat outdoors. Also from here you can reach the other terrace.
