Holiday flat with amazing view

Set on the Gulf of Moneglia , located in an enchanting area with a breathtaking view, tranquility and privacy ... the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed room + 1 bed room with 2 single beds ) , kitchen equipped with living area , bathroom with shower , balcony and equipped with all comforts : Heating and air conditioning indipendent - sat TV - wi fi - dishwasher and washing machine - terrace Solarium and private garden complete with dining table and relaxation area with sitting area - parking space in front house . Guests can use for free from 23 May to 30 September a beautiful condominium swimming pool located 70 meters from the house . The sea and the center of Moneglia can be reached on foot via a pedestrian path with a walk ( for people without mobility problems ) of between 8 and 12 minutes , the sea is really just a few steps away ... however we have always available included in the price a private parking at 50 meters from the train station of Moneglia , also free transfer from the Moneglia station on the day of the check in and check out , to payment on request from the main airports (Pisa - Genoa - Milan ect ... )
