In the picturesque 5terre national park. Just a few steps from the most beautiful rocks of Riomaggiore and its crystal clear sea. Characteristic and pretty house, located in front of the sea. It boasts a beautiful sea view and offers 4/5 beds. The apartment consists of 4 rooms located on 4 different floors connected by a fairly steep and narrow staircase: Ground floor, entrance / lounge, with sofa bed and satellite TV; first floor, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view; second floor, kitchen and balcony with sea view; third floor, double bedroom, satellite TV, splendid sea view. Each room is air conditioned. The house can accommodate up to 5 people, but the optimal is 4 because 5 are a bit narrow


*** The price includes final cleaning for a minimum rental period of 3 nights, for shorter periods cleaning is not included in the price. In this case it is necessary to add 50 euros to the total rate, (60 euros if there are 5 people) Cleaning costs are to be paid in cash on arrival.

We loved the apartment! The spiral type stairs to each floor was fun. This a 4 story unit with a room on each floor. Worked well for us. The AC was perfect and the location was spot on!

Charming place to stay! Description is accurate. Very tight staircase and small rooms so may not be great for those that have trouble navigating many stairs and tight spaces. BUT loved the balconies and the air conditioning was amazing. Spent many nights reading and listening to the waves at night. Highly highly recommend!

Very unique property. The kitchen had the items needed for espresso on the balcony every morning. The staircase would be challenging for some people but that is true of Riomaggiore as well. Great house!

Charming apt in the heart of Riomaggiore! Very clean, beautiful view of the ocean and an adorable and well equipped kitchen. It’s a typical house for the area, which means it is very narrow and spread across 4 floors. Would not work for anyone with mobility issues or small children, but for others it’s excellent and gives you a real flavour for the region.

We loved our time on Riomaggiore! This apartment was clean, easy to find with a gorgeous view and literally steps from the sea! It is bright and beautiful - the steps are small and steep so packing light is essential. The photos are spot on. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Our family of 4 including two teenage boys enjoyed our few days and loved Riomaggiore-we wish we could have stayed longer!

Very interesting place tucked in. The layout is different and if you do not like stairs, it isn't the place for you. But it does have nice views and is centrally located in town. Definitely not a place for suit cases, unless you leave them on the first floor, as the stairs are very tight.Still a fun place to spend a few nights in Riomaggiore.

The property is exactly as advertised. 4 floors with one room per floor and a tiny spiral staircase. Very charming. Two balconies overlook the gulf. One in the sun and one in the shade. Two considerations: the beds are very short. If you are over 5-11, you will not fit. The staircase is super narrow. Our backpacks were a great fit, but a suitcase could not make it. If you are a broad shouldered man, you have to turn sideways. The location is fantastic. Great access to the main part of town, gulf views and RIGHT ON the Cinque Terre trail. A great stay.

What an adorable place, with a stunning view!!! We loved everything!!! Riomaggiore is adorable. The view from the master bedroom is the best, the veranda off the kitchen is also stunning. We had a great stay here. Beds were good. Be prepared for lots of stairs - in Cinque Terre but also in the apartment. Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay!!!!
