Welcome Snow Birds, Beautiful home on Indian Springs Golf course, in La Quinta.

This 2,400 square ft. single story ranch home, is located on the 12th Tee at Indian Springs Golf Course. It has a large Master Bedroom at one end of the house and two other bedrooms at the opposite end. There are two bathrooms, a Large Family room, Dinning room, Living room and full kitchen. the house accommodates up to 8 people. There is a Jacuzzi in the front courtyard that seats 6 people. The courtyard provides privacy for the group while setting under the umbrellas, also Heaters and fire pit. There is a barbecue grill for enjoying outside or inside dinning.
We have upgraded all the patio furniture and all new flat screen TV'S are new!

"La Quinta gem"

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home in LaQuinta CA. Incredible hosts, excellent amenities and location... all perfect. Clean, quiet and close to everything. We hope we can stay again in this La Quinta gem.

Our Winter Escape In LaQuinta

We spent almost 2 months at this lovely property while escaping the cold northern winter at home. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the privacy of the courtyard patio that included a hot tub and plenty of furniture. We also appreciated the plentiful windows that filled the indoor space with sunshine. The furniture as well as the beds were very comfortable and led to a very relaxing home away from home.

Welcome experience

This place is on the 12th hole of Indian Springs Golf Course. Beautiful walking in the area. The house contained everything you need and more. Lots of room when my family came to visit. There were a few issues but the owners were really nice people and attended to any issues we had and actually did more than asked. We had a nest of baby roadrunners right beside our back deck which was a really interesting and educational. People in the neighbourhood are very friendly. Enjoyed the weather and would consider renting this place again.

Great location, the most well equiped home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. Loved the layout of the house. If you like the sun, you have it all day in the front of the house. Our hosts Ken and Dee Anna were always available if we needed anything. Hope to be able to rent this home in the future.

Nice location for golf

We had a great time, there are lots of golf courses close by, very close to Big Rock golf & pub. Lots of room in this home, I would like a little less furniture, but was a great place to visit with friends and family. Would go back again.
