The apartments, personally managed with care and attention, are located in two adjacent buildings: the Condominio Baia Felice (Via dello Squalo 86) and the Condominio Le Ginestre (in Via del Sarago 23).
Specifically this apartment is in Via del Sarago 23.

In order to satisfy every need, we have different types of apartments available: one-room, two-room and three-room apartments.

Free wifi connection in all the apartments.

Two rooms

The two-room apartments, designed for 4 people, have a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and shower on the upper floor and a living room with kitchenette and two single beds with a bathroom and balcony downstairs.

Gemietet eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung bekommen eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung

Insgesammt ein nettes !-Zimmer Apt., aber ich hatte ausdrücklich nach einem 2-Zimmer Apt. nachgefragt, da ich schnarche und wir deshalb nach 2 Zimmern gesucht hatten, die auch mit Türen getrennt sind. Das war im Angebot nicht erkennbar, da die offene Galerie nicht als offen erkennbar war. Das hat uns sehr gestört. Deshalb haben wir den Aufenthalt 3Tage vorher abgebrochen.

Mi spiace tantissimo, Astrid, come le ho già detto più volte. Ho controllato e nelle foto dell'appartamento si vede bene che il piano di sopra è uno spazio aperto senza il muro a dividere i due ambienti. Magari sarebbe bastato che mi scrivesse la sua esigenza e le avrei chiarito come sono fatti gli spazi. Torni e la ospiterò dopo la metà di maggio o nella prima metà di giugno per farle scordare i Problemi di questa volta. Purtroppo, come sa, quando siete arrivati era tutto pieno e non potevo cambiarvi di appartamento. Cordiali saluti Roberta

Silenzio, pineta, cicale e... mare

Appartamento delizioso e funzionale, forse un pò carente di accessori (esempio: phon, ferro da stiro, mensole nella doccia, pelapatate, cavatappi, qualche posata e qualche bicchiere in più...) Apprezzabilissima la presenza dei 2 bagni e del ventilatore a soffitto, che non ha reso necessario l'uso del condizionatore (seppure presente). La posizione è in una zona molto tranquilla, immersa nella pineta e con il mare raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.
