La Villa Myrtis jouit d'un emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes de route de Nidri, un lieu de prédilection pour les tavernes, les boulangeries, les supermarchés, les plages et les cafés raffinés. Et à seulement 15 km de la ville de Leucade. Une route facilement accessible signifie que vous pouvez explorer toute l'île avec facilité. what a treat, fantastic holiday, perfect location

What a great holiday. This was our first time staying at villa myrtis. i was a little cautious when i booked. but i must say the villa was perfect. everything was modern and new inside. you could find everything you need. there is even a laundry room in the basement. the pool was clean, the outside area very generous. and the location is ideal. the beach being just a few steps over the road. and Nidri 2 minutes in the car. Nidri being full of life, places to eat and local shops for gifts to take home. it was a great balance for my family.

Perfect villa for family

Booking easy and details accurate. When we arrived we were met and shown everything and how it all works The view blew us away. The property is very well furnished and a really good standard of fittings etc. Everything works! Everything you need is there and it’s all modern, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully planned. The location is breathtaking and , although we normally want to go out and about, we (family of 5 with three daughters in their 20s) were more than happy to sit outside by the pool, enjoy the stunning view, read books and jump into the pool every half hour. Car is necessary but a walk of about 20 minutes takes you to lots of restaurants. This really was the ideal holiday villa for us - we shall be re-booking!

Superbe maison sur les hauteurs de Leucade

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cette très jolie maison située dans un tout petit village à seulement 15 minutes de Nydri. La route panoramique pour y descendre est d'ailleurs une des plus belle de toute l'île! Charme garanti pour cette demeure très spacieuse et très calme. Nous avons apprécié sa fraicheur malgré la chaleur du mois d'août. Cette maison est très bien conçue, elle convenait parfaitement pour notre famille avec 3 enfants. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter l'île. Le petit village de Karya n'est qu'à 3 minutes en voiture. Il offre de nombreux restaurants très sympas et à prix très démocratiques, dans un cadre très différent de ce qu'on trouve dans la ville balnéaire de Nydri (place ombragée, petits commerces, vue panoramique,...)

Une villa parfaite, une situation exceptionnelle

Que dire, si ce n'est que tout était parfait ! La villa est magnifique, calme, à l'abri des regrads, très confortable, extrêmement bien équipée et bien conçue, parfaitement bien située avec une vue spectaculaire et une exposition plein sud, à quelques minutes de la petite ville de Nidri très animée, et avec une petite plage aux eaux turquoises à 200-250m en contrebas de la villa. L'acceuil des propriétaires fut des plus agréable et extrêmement attentionné du début jusqu'à la fin, nous faisant profiter de leurs conseils, mais également d'attentions particulières et sympathiques (patisseries locales, fruits, cadeau de départ...). Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Maud, David et Juan

semaine agréable dans maison traditionnelle

Récemment rénovée et très agréable, cette maison est à proximité d'un village offrant commerces et restaurants. La place du village, aménagée sous les arbres, permet de profiter des soirées d'été agréables tout en écoutant la musique traditionnelle ou tout simplement en dînant. Le matin vous pouvez déjeuner au chant des cigales, sous le bel arbre plusieurs fois centenaire, face à la "montagne" . La maison est idéalement située au centre de l'île ,ce qui permet de varier les destinations chaque jour : profiter d'une plage touristique, d'une crique plus familiale, d'une falaise blanche plongeant dans un bleu magnifique, d'un petit port de pêche... Les routes tranverses sont un peu surprenantes : la végétation à tendance à l'envahir et les panneaux de direction ...difficiles à trouver...mais c'est ce qui fait le charme de cette île, on s'engage sur une route, on arrive dans une petite cour ! Nous avons aussi apprécié l'hospitalité de nos hôtes : spécialités grecques pour nous accueillir, délicates attentions pour les enfants en partant. Malgré nos 4 ou 5 mots de grec, l'accueil est toujours charmant que ce soit par nos hôtes, nos voisins d'une semaine ou les habitants de l'île.

Stunning Villa - most helpful hosts.

From when we arrived until when we left every effort had been made to make our stay wonderful. With 2 primary bedrooms the accommodation is best suited for 4,. A 20 min walk into Nidri provided seclusion during the day and easy access for dining out later. Most evenings we spent sat out at the property enjoying a glass or two of wine. Gor the day we travelled the island in a small car - my advice would be to avoid the smallest cars if there are 4 adults in the group - some of the hills can be quite demanding - including getting up to the Villa from the road. I am sure you will enjoy.

Great holidays in a perfect place

The Villa is really perfect with a nice view to the sea. We loved the pool and the Garden. The owner of the Villa are very friendly. We will be back!!!! Nidri is a lovely town, with a lot of Restaurants. Lefkada is also very beautiful.

Stunning villa and view

I forgot to write a review for this place last time i stayed. but i have just booked again for this summer. i couldnt wait to return. It was fantastic. Modern facilities, great staff. the beach is very close and the water is beautiful. lots of wonderful places to eat out in Nidri and Nikiana makes a nice change. im so excited to return with my family.

The title says it all, i highly recommend this villa. We stayed here as part of our 2 week family holiday. The view is just amazing. The villa is modern and well looked after. very clean. with everything you need. The people were very nice and on hand for anything that you need. Private, with your own pool. and you literally stroll over the road to the beach! fantastic holiday

A Breathtaking view, highly recommended

The villa is stunning form the moment we arrived to the moment we dragged ourselves away. The villa is finished to perfection. the facilites and services finished to a high standard. A breathtaking view form every angle, straight to the sea. which is also only a stones throw away. The location is also near on perfect. the beach is just there. Nidri is 2 minutes in the car where you can find everything you need and a variety of places to eat, trips and shops. plenty to keep you entertained if you want it. though i preferred lazy days by the pool. highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Amazing house, amazing location

The title says it all. the house was perfect. plenty of space. very clean, the insider and the pool. everything we could want from a holiday. in a peaceful ocation. but 5 minutes from Nidri where you can find vibrant night life and lots of places to eat.

Fantastic location villa and service. You couldn't wish for better from your holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and fully equipped. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, with crystal clear water. This was a birthday treat with my family. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.

fantastic view, fantastic place

Villa Myrtis was a great find. The view over the Ionian sea is beautiful. it is in an ideal location. Inside in modern and fully equipped with a laundry room too. The villa has its own private pool and the sea is a 2 minute stroll along the road. The island is busy in August and this villa is a peaceful and private. Nidri town is a vibrant place, with lots of gift shops. we even went on a boat tour and explored other islands close by. Great place, great people and a great island. a must visit.

I fell in love with Villa Myrtis and the area along time ago. The location is just perfect. Having the choice of being able to walk to Pasa Beach in a few minutes or relax by the pool. Nidri is only 3 minutes in the car where you can get everything you need. It has a vibrant nightlife with a variety of Tavernas and shops to choose from. Day trips, souvenirs, and more beach front. Beautiful crystal clear waters along the east coast, busting with private beaches.

Villas Myrtis and Villa Melia (brand new 2022) are located on the eastern coast of Lefkada in the quiet village of Perigiali, 5 minutes’ drive from the village of Nydri, one of the most popular destinations on the island. These two-bedroom villas offer wonderful views of the bay of Nydri and the Prigiponisia islands (Scorpios, Scorpidi, Madouri, Heloni, Sparti and Meganisi), and can host up to 7 people each.
Villas Myrtis has its own private pool and loungers, while Villa Melia offers its beautiful gardens and the wonderful crystal clear waters of Pasa beach, 5 minutes walk away (400m).
These two-storey houses combine the quality of a seaside accommodation with all the comforts of a fully furnished house and a modern design with respect to the traditional style.
The fully equipped kitchen with its dining area and the large living room are set on the ground floor, all areas with stunning views to the sea and nature around, and two spacious verandas.
