** Beachfront apartment, located near the wonderful MARINELLA BEACH, between Golfoaranci and the Costa Smeralda, 6 km away from the ferry dock, 18 km. from Olbia airport.
The apartment is located in a residence really seafront with free beaches(with umbrellas) under the house and a supervised swimming pool, with umbrellas and sunbeds.
It is on the ground floor with a spacious and pleasant veranda surrounded by meadows and can give you everything you need for a comfortable holiday: free parking, market, bar, restaurant, playground, padel, wellness area with yoga classes, boat rental possible.
The apartment consists of: double bedroom with air conditioning(where a cot may stay); large bathroom with shower, kitchenette, small sitting area with sofa bed, bookcase and TV.
The outdoor area (covered patio) is really welcoming for dining and relaxing: returning from the nearby beaches, after a sunbath or a dip in the pool, it is extremely pleasant to enjoy the cool shade looking at the sea below the house.
On the lawn you can open two sun loungers in addition to the deck chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine moka and Nespresso.
The bathroom, with window and shower, is large.
The master bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, is equipped with air conditioning, the kitchen-living room and the veranda, with a ceiling fan.
The veranda gives the environment an outdoor atmosphere but is completely covered and shaded.
* The apartment can accommodate a family of two adults with children (children up to two years do not pay).
* You can request a cot, free of charge.
*In May and October some services will be missing (swimming pool, restaurant ..), but you will be able to enjoy the peace and a fabulous sea.
*With a vehicle, you can visit the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the wildest areas of the island.
