About Jason Alexander
My wife and I were both born and raised in Fairview / Asheville area and along with our 2 wonderful daughters and 2 English Labradors spend countless hours in these beautiful mountains fishing, tubing and hiking. Our home location is great with tennis courts and golf courses within 5-10 miles of our residence. My wife and I are both teachers and coaches at a local private Christian school. We are true native WNC through and through so if we can be of any assistance with planning your trip, please don't hesitate to ask. We may know of some places to visit that others have never heard about.
Jason Alexander purchased this House in 2014
Why Jason Alexander chose Fairview
In my opinion, no other area offers what WNC offers in beauty, adventure, great seasonal weather and the diverseness that Asheville brings.

Cozy but not what we expected.
It is a lovely outdoor property with a nice indoor fireplace conveniently located near outdoor attractions as well as downtown Asheville. We were disappointed by the lack of hot water on two different occasions. Also, an annoying humming noise was heard in the bedroom several nights and mornings. One evening, conversation was heard above the bedroom, which continued until after midnight.
Relaxing spot just outside Asheville
My group and I loved our stay in Jason's place. We were looking for a weekend getaway that included time in nature, time to enjoy Asheville's best breweries and restaurants, and of course time for our two dogs to run around. Jason's place was clean, comfortable, and convenient.
Jason as a host was wonderful. He was responsive whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation. And we so much appreciated him setting up the firepit for us while we were heading back from being out to brunch.
Highly recommend!! Beautiful!
Absolutely loved staying at this property! It was clean, spacious, accommodating, and very close to Asheville and many hiking spots. The property was breathtakingly gorgeous and easy to find! Jason was very helpful, gave great recommendations, and quick to respond to questions. Would recommend this property to anyone and will stay here again on my next trip to Asheville!!
Great place to stay . Felt like being home
Everything was very nice , neat and clean.
Very clean and nice setting
We had a great Easter weekend staying at the property. It is a small drive to all you need to see in the Asheville area, but is in a lovely wooded area. The place was very clean and the owner was helpful. We would recommend staying here. Thank you. S. Steyn
We love the place!
We spent NYE at the retreat and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is very nice, very clean and it has everything we needed. Jason was super nice, he gave us great information to nearby trails and we had a great hike! His daughter was really sweet to help us with dog-sitting while we were out in town. We also encountered bad winter weather unexpectedly on NYE when we tried to get back and we got stuck on the icy road in downtown Asheville, Jason was so kind to guide us back to his house. We were absolutely thankful of him! and we really had a great time staying at his house.
