Tämä on duplex. Sinulla on kaksipuolisen sivun oikea puoli. Sinulla on oma terassi ja sisäänkäynti vuokraasi.

1. kerroksessa on täysin toimiva keittiö ja pöytä neljälle.
Keittiössä on liesi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, pesuallas, kahvipannu ja leivänpaahdin. Tarjoamme myös lautasen saippuaa, astianpesuaineita, käsisaippuaa, keittiönpyyhkeitä, paperipyyhkeitä, kahvisuodattimia ja lautasliinoja.
Olohuone on aivan keittiössä puoli kylpyamme. Vuoristonäkymät olohuoneesta ovat henkeäsalpaavat. Olohuoneessa on sohva, lepotuoli ja tuoli. Olohuoneessa on uusi Smart Tv, jossa on kaapeli ja internet.
Half Bath on olohuoneen vieressä. Tarjoamme tarpeeksi WC-paperia muutaman yön ajan ja käsisaippua.
2. kerros:
 Kun tulet portailta ylös, on oleskelualue, josta on upeat näkymät vuorille. tätä oleskelutilaa voidaan käyttää myös makuuhuoneena. Se on futon, joka voidaan vetää ja tehdä täysikokoiseksi vuodeksi. Tässä olohuoneessa on televisio.
Kylpyammeessa on amme / suihku. Annamme jokaiselle asiakkaalle pyyhkeet ja pesulappuja. Tarjoaa myös tarpeeksi wc-paperia muutaman päivän ajan, käsisaippua ja vartalonpesua. Kylpyhuone on den ja makuuhuoneen välissä.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja holvikatot.
Makuuhuoneessa on iso vaatekaappi.

Relax with beautiful Mountain View’s and close to Downtown

I can’t say enough about this well stocked, cozy spot which has plenty of room for my husband and two teenagers and myself. Everything you need is there- just bring food and yourselves. The river was a nice short walk and so serene. Totally enjoyed our visit!

Amazing Asheville

This was THE PERFECT place for us. I needed a place to SEE the mountains. And this was it. The view was beautiful. Also, easy access to the city while also easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very close to all conveniences while not being in a crowded neighborhood. Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The owner / managers were great.

So clean and beautiful views

My husband and I loved the rental. First impression was the home was so clean and the view was amazing. We were able to check in very easily and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The short walk to the river was great and there was a place for a fire pit by the river which was nice. It's only 5-10 minutes to downtown. We loved it!

Fabulous View

Lindsay was great. She was always available to help if we had questions or needed anything. There were fabulous mountain views from every window. The upstairs sitting room was a bonus! The welcome book had all the information that you need for the stay. I even walked down to the river which was so serene. My walking sticks helped when climbing back up. It was worth it. We would definitely come back again! Thanks Lindsay!

beautiful views, peaceful and comfortable.

We had a great time. Especially happy that we were able to bring our dog and the owner was king enough to leave a bag full of dog supplies as well. Really enjoyed the views from the deck. It was very peaceful and quiet. The river was very nice although a little bit of a walk downhill for someone with bad knees. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The one suggestion I would make is to add a fire pit in the back yard area. it is plenty big enough to have one on each side for each unit. But I was lucky enough to meet the owner as well and he was delightful. I would certainly recommend this property

Disappointing is the word that comes to mind upon arriving to this place.

The location, the views, and the structure are closed to the descriptions provided, however, the level of comfort for a vacation is also dictated by the furniture in place. The furniture in this rental is of low quality. The couch is very uncomfortable to seat, definitely thrift store quality as is the remainder of the furniture, including the “new beds”. There is a massage chair that is supposed to pass for a recliner (the only one) in the living room. Don’t expect to seat in this chair and comfortably watch a movie. It is not designed for this purpose. The dining room has four chairs but you should only use two, one has a broken back which has been duck taped together and left for use, and the other shakes as you seat.

Apartment was clean and as advertised.

I am a travel RN and stayed here for 3 months in unit A. Bob was awesome and answered any questions I had promptly and if I needed anything he was quick to deliver. The townhome is in a good location right by the expressway, about 15 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to the Biltmore, and a couple minutes to the blue ridge parkway. The views from the place are breathtaking; grab your morning drink and sit outside on the deck to watch the sunrise, you won't regret it! There's plenty of storage space and the king size bed is very comfortable. You have to go outside for laundry; the door is behind unit B (not difficult to find). The walls between the units are thin if you have neighbors. You can't hear conversations or anything, but you can hear when they are walking around or going up the stairs. The water pressure in the shower is good, but it does decrease as you turn it on hot. Also, the dishwasher didn't dry very well. It often left water in my cups and bowls, but not a big deal and not a deal breaker. Overall, my stay was fantastic. If I come back to Asheville I will definitely be in contact with Bob. He was very welcoming to me and my two cats who also loved the views of the mountains :)

Great location

Great location, pet friendly, within minutes of Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown. Excellent view from den, living room and deck. Brand new town home. TVs with cable. fully equipped kitchen. Owner is extremely nice and responsive. That said, you get what you pay for. Keep in mind the following when renting this property ( things not necessarily clarified in the description): 1. It's a town home, common wall with adjacent rental. Be prepared for loud neighbors. We unfortunately had some and could hear their conversations and screaming. 2. The washer dryer is outside/underneath the rental unit, accessed through yard and shared with neighboring rental. 3. The internet has a data limit. No movies, no YouTube , no Facebook. You must give credit card info if you want all that. 4. Trail and river access is not ON the property. You walk out the driveway and in between 2 neighboring houses. 5. The fridge although new is old school. No ice maker or water. Icetrays rule. I think this rental is ideal if you don't plan to spend a lot of time indoors. We were out all the time and it worked out just fine. My suggestion to the owner would put up some blinds on the kitchen window, because the adjacent neighbors could peek in going in and out plus it faces other houses.

My Favorite Location

I love staying here when in Asheville. It is so close to everything and the owner maintains it so well. The kitchen is stocked and the views from the living room and loft are amazing.

What a VIEW

Enjoyed ours stay. Host’s book with recommendations for activities and restaurants was helpful. Great location to explore in or out of Asheville. Treat was watching mama black bear and two small cubs meandering in clearing of back yard.

Bob the owner has been a licensed General Contractor, in this area for over 25 years. I try to find the best properties that represent, our mountain area, and also build them with low density to preserve our natural scenery.
