Bienvenue à la Villa Valentina, une belle villa privée de trois chambres à Faro Park, juste à l'ouest de Playa Blanca. Avec Montaña Roja (le 'Volcan Rouge') comme toile de fond et le phare de Pechiguera à proximité, la Villa Valentina promet un séjour de détente avec de magnifiques vues.



ÉlĂ©gamment meublĂ©e, cette magnifique villa Ă  Lanzarote offre un grand espace de vie ouvert, 3 chambres agrĂ©ables climatisĂ©es (la climatisation fonctionne avec des jetons), et 2 salles de bains modernes. À l'extĂ©rieur, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre autour d'une grande piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e, vous relaxer sous une jolie terrasse ombragĂ©e avec des siĂšges confortables, profiter d'une partie de billard, ou allumer le barbecue pour un dĂźner en plein air dans la belle zone extĂ©rieure. Montez à l'étage et vous trouverez une magnifique chambre principale avec une grande terrasse privée offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique, idéale pour profiter du soleil du soir avec un verre frais. Meublée avec goût pour capturer l'ambiance traditionnelle d'une maison de Lanzarote, la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain attenante. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez deux chambres supplémentaires lumineuses et spacieuses (une avec deux lits simples et une avec un lit king-size), partageant une salle de bain familiale.



La zone du parc de Faro a une communauté accueillante et amicale avec un bon choix de magasins, y compris le supermarché récemment ouvert, de charmants restaurants et bars, tous à 5 minutes de marche de la villa. Nous recommandons de prendre un court trajet en taxi (seulement 5 minutes) pour explorer le village de Playa Blanca et la réputée Marina Rubicon.

This property is ideally situated for where we wanted to be. It is in a very quiet residential area which was ideal. We could see the ocean from the lounge and master bedroom windows. Everything was absolutely fine, though some areas were a little tired. Overall, this is a great property in a superb location and the host was communicative. One minor niggle was that the dishwasher was not automatic, but we soon figured it out! Also, the instructions provided for the dishwasher were not for that model.

A repeat visit.

The location is perfect, with everything on the doorstep, and in a quiet spot. In general the accomodation was 100% clean internally. We would use the villa again. The external soft furnishings either need replacing/repairing and/or washing. There is a house fly problem by the barbecue/external seating and dining areas whereas all other external areas were not affected.

Good basic villa in great location

The villa is in a great location, with various friendly bars / restaurants only a 2 minute walk away. The pool table a great ‘hit’ with my grandson together with the lovely swimming pool. Comfortable outside furniture especially the corner settee perfect for the late evening sun. Very good service from the management team, replacing a few bulbs promptly. As described in the title, the villa is fairly basic for the price & could do with some ‘TLC’ ie no mirror in one of the bedrooms, nowhere to hang jackets in the hall, curtain hooks in the lounge hanging off..

Wonderful villa

We stayed here with 3 teen and adult aged children, it is perfect. The pool and pool table kept us amused for hours, and meant there was little reason to leave the villa. When we did leave there are shops and a selection of restaurants a minutes walk away. The bus stop is also as close if you wish to venture further afield. There are loads of places to sit and relax at the Villa, and also plenty of shade can be found too. The outdoor bbq was a bonus too. We had a problem with the pool however it was rectified swiftly and efficiently. All in all we would highly recommend the Villa and VillaNow This is a minor improvement, however if you could arrange a food shopping delivery that would be an incredible service.

Perfect Villa

Loved everything about this villa. Everything you need is provided, amazing accommodation. Pool is just the right size and was warm enough for December (once we were in!) the outside accommodation was perfect and sheltered even during a super calima. We were able to eat outside everyday. It was exposed for the wind though for the pool, didn't spoil it for us though. Shops and restaurants across the road were ideal, and perfect for us all. Did not want for anything. We were a family of 5 and the hot water ran out after a shower or two. The gate jammed in the wind, was fine for us to fix, however just to not. It is windy (its Lanzarote after all) however it mean in the strong wind the pool table was useless, a more sheltered spot would be useful.

Another enjoyable stay.

The villa was clean as before and remains comfortable. It's main selling point is it's location close to the restaurants, shops and bars. Instructions to access the property were clear. The fans were a welcome addition from last time. The new sun loungers and mattresses were also an improvement too. We had another great stay and would recommend. The information for the pool cleaning remains out of date with the pool being cleaned once a week on a Thursday morning unlike the twice a week advertised for Wedenesday and Saturday PM. It's inconvenient not knowing whether you can relax or not because the pool cleaner may or may not be arriving. WiFi speed is good but the range could be better. I always pack a WiFi extender just in case so managed.

Perfect base for family get away. Would definitely return!

Pool. Beds. Pool table. Location and proximity to shops (2 min walk), nice bakery and choice of many restaurants and easy bus service for when you want more. Aqua Lava was a good day out for kids. Local Supermarkets have plenty of choice (just be prepared to pay!). Sun loungers are old and need replacing (comparing to those on upper deck which are the same but not as used). Pool was not clean on arrival but quickly Sorted - thanks.

Great place for family holiday

Love the location. Pool, dinning area and barbecue. Cleanliness of the pool (mid-week clean didn’t happened), barbecue area could be larger to allow to prepare food on the side with a sink, the house could do with a bit ofin decorating.

Near to the bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities/equipment in the villa. Lovely views across to the sea. Local staff helpful. Inconsistent pool cleaning times/visits. No outdoor shower despite sign asking you to shower before using the pool?

Wonderful Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Valentina, loved the pool, outside eating and sitting areas. The villa had everything we needed and is in a great location for the shops, restaurants and bus service of Faro Park. With such a close location to these services, you will get some noise, but for us the location and the villa totally made up for an inconvenience. Having used other large villa companies before, Villas Now were a class above and their customer service was excellent. We cannot wait to return. The pool cleaning did not seem to happen in the second week on the days advised, which meant we did not use the pool when we could have, especially on our last day.

The accommodation was great overall. We felt there was a lack of information in certain areas. - There was no information regarding TV and internet operations. We had to call out one of the contacts to sort this out. - There was no information as to what we were to do with rubbish. - There was no information about how to switch on the light over the outside covered table and we couldn’t find how to switch this on. While I appreciate information had to be removed because of covid, I don’t understand why this couldn’t be emailed as a document. Can we also suggest that in the downstairs bathroom, you arrange for the hand-marks above the toilet be cleaned and removed. It looks like gents were frequently leaving against the wall and leaving marks.

Half Term Break

The location of the villa was perfect. A very short walk to the shops and restaurants. The bus stop is also a very short walk away and the bus service into Playa Blanca is cheap and the buses frequent. The villa is really spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor area is well planned and the pool is a good size. Loved that we were left a welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits, wine and beer. The Wifi code is incorrect. It is not the same as stated on the paperwork. There is a small leak under the sink. The pool table top is ripped so we couldn’t use. These were very minor issues. On the whole this villa really is value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

Love the villa and location close to all amenities. Helpful friendly staff and pool man. Could give heads up on the busy Spanish cafe opposite as it can get quite noisy and roudy well into the evening.

Great Escape

The villa is located in Faro Park which is very nice and quiet. Shops and restuarants within 2 mins walk. Easy access to main resort local bus every 30 mins and only €1.40. A welcome folder with details on how appliance work took 20mins to work out how to get tv working.

We spent a wonderful week in this great Villa and enjoyed the pool and the furnishing The armchairs of the round glass table are partly damaged. Concerning the BBC the grill gate and the ashtray are unusable. The temperature controller of the oven cannot be rotated without snapping out the fuse
