About this property

Charming new apartment in a beautiful villa a few steps from the center

It is an air-conditioned apartment, entirely created in 2016, furnished and decorated for the comfort of guests with high-end services and equipment. Ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the TGV station (300 meters) and the historic city center, the accommodation is completely independent. It consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room with direct access to the private terrace, two bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with two 90X200 beds that can be assembled to make a 180X200 king size bed. Each bedroom has its adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower and basin as well as a bathroom, one of which is separate. You have two private parking spaces on the closed property, access to the garden shared with the owner. Baby equipment will be provided free of charge on request (bed with mattress protector and fitted sheet, bathtub, changing mat, high chair and mixer). Come and enjoy Colmar, its museums, Little Venice, its events and its restaurants. We will guide you as you wish and send you our best addresses!

My husband and I had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was super clean, location is very convenient to walk around center of Colmar, beds were comfortable. The hosts were super nice and even brought us local treat so we can have it for dinner!

Host was extremely welcoming and we really appreciated the wine and cookies upon arrival. The house was easy to find and perfect fit for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and parking was easy. Laundry facilities (shared) were very appreciated! The location was ideal for walking to the Christmas markets and for traveling around the area. We had an amazing 3 night stay in Colmar and if we came back this is definitely where we would stay.

At the top of the list...

We've stayed at many VRBOs in different countries, and Villa Rosa joins the top of the list. Its location is superb, just 6 minutes walk away from the train station and buses, clean, comfortable, roomy, quiet. It checks all the boxes! Beautiful Colmar

Situated at the back of a beautiful Colmar villa with views and access to a terrace and city garden plus easy parking its perfect. Gives you a real sense of living in the city. A Truly 5 Star Accommodation

Greeted by a beautiful, sparkling, spacious garden apartment as well as welcoming gifts from the hosts. This accommodation is more than just a 5 star place. Easter in Colmar

We had a great visit to Colmar over Easter, and the suite was the perfect place to stay. It was beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and extremely kind, offering to drive us to the car rental location and bringing us some Easter treats! We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful neighborhood, as well as the garden and the big deck where we could enjoy the sunshine. Thank you!

Perfect spot for your Colmar visit

You are far enough away from the old town of Colmar hustle, but a short walk (less than 15 minutes) in the middle of it all. Supermarket is a short drive, and the train station is a five minute walk. Champ de Mar park is also right around the corner. The apartment had all one would need for any cooking; has a laundry room (didn’t use), and very comfortable, clean and quiet. A very safe neighborhood.

Modern Stay in a Quiet Colmar Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It had all the modern conveniences plus extras like condiments for cooking and a welcome gift of wine and traditional cake. We appreciated the air conditioning on hot days, and we also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pretty yard with coffee or wine. The location is very convenient to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. We were able to park our car for free, and also use the laundry facilities. Rose was a friendly, thoughtful host and made us feel welcome.

Ground floor apartment in convenient location for train station and short walk to town. Kitchen amenities excellent. Host and hostess were very helpful. Laundry facilities were excellent Handwashing in second bathroom appeared to be diluted. Insufficient toilet paper provided for a 5 day stay for 4 people. It would have been good to have more information provided in binder in English and also directions provided for supermarkets within walking distance.

Modern Apt in Upscale Area

Spacious, modern, picturesque, very clean, private apartment with well-appointed kitchen, deck overlooking yard, and two en suites in a stately French building. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. Short walk to train. The a/c leaked and was noisy so it was unusable at night. Dryer wouldn’t work properly so had to put clothes in the sun; owner was responsive and sent agent to check but apparently repair people were on holiday since it was August. Would enjoy staying there again if these are fixed.
