Villa de 5 habitaciones. La amplia sala de estar incluye una gran cocina-comedor de planta abierta, un cómodo salón y 4 dormitorios con 4 baños separados en el primer piso, ofrece una terraza abierta, vista panorámica al mar y las montañas. En la planta baja hay un salón con un sofá cama doble en contacto con el patio plantado, un cuarto de servicio y (estudio separado con estacionamiento para uso del propietario).

Esta lujosa villa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en Stoupa de Messinia Mani, en el suroeste del Peloponeso en Grecia. La espaciosa sala de estar incluye una gran cocina-comedor de planta abierta, un cómodo salón y 4 dormitorios con baños separados en el primer piso, ofrece una terraza abierta con vistas al mar y las montañas. En la planta baja hay un salón en contacto con el patio plantado y un cuarto de servicio. El patio está equipado con muebles de exterior y barbacoa. La villa se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la playa principal de Stoupa y 15 de la famosa playa de Kalogria, ambas son de arena cristalina y poco profundas, ideales para niños. Stoupa es un lugar perfecto para el sol y el ocio, pero también es un buen punto de partida para excursiones de un día a ruinas antiguas como Mystras, Ancient Messene, Diros Caves, pero también para el entorno naturalista y lugares históricos como el cañón Viros, el paseo marítimo. Stoupa- Agios Nikolaos, viejos senderos de montaña empedrados para hacer senderismo, playa katafigi, pueblo empedrado tradicional Milia, Eleochori, Kardamili y un poco más lejos Vathia y Tenaro, con fortaleza empedrada e iglesias bizantinas. La villa propiedad de la familia Minas y Aggeliki, que también dirige un restaurante (restaurante del pueblo de Orato) en el pueblo cercano de Agios Nikolaos, donde ofrecemos un descuento del 15% a nuestros huéspedes y una cancha de tenis gratuita. En stupa hay dos supermercados para ir de compras y la ciudad más cercana es Kalamata a 45 km.

Wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Minas Villa. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children and the space was perfect for us. We liked that we each had our own bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. The wrap around balcony provided spectacular views of the mountains and a little bit of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

Stayed as a group of 9 (8 adults and a 10 month old baby) for 2 weeks. House in fantastic location! Owner stayed in contact and was very quick to reply to any queries I had before coming. On arrival, check in very simple, and place cleaned well. Not luxury accomodation but suited our needs for somewhere to sleep and shower as most of the group out all day and evening. Large living space and bedrooms so didnt feel on top of each other at all. Big bonus was all having our own ensuite bathrooms! It did advertise that towels and sheets would be changed after 1 week but this never happened, but since the house has a washing machine we did our own when needed. The dishwasher wasn't working on arrival and it turned out the fuse for it was turned off which we figured out after a day or 2. Would highly recommend for a group looking for somewhere central in Stoupa to stay and at a good price!

Fungerte topp iforhold til vårt behov. Ingen luksus, men en bolig som var ren og pen. Nytt kjøkken, der vi fant alt vi trengte. Store, fine soverom alle med bad. Ett minutt å gå til strand og restauranter. Anbefales!

viel Platz, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine super Raumaufteilung, da es 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und WC gibt. Auch der große Aufenthaltsraum und die Terrasse, die rund ums Haus geht, bieten genug Platz. Die Kommunikation und der Service vom Vermieter waren ausgezeichnet. Leider würde das Haus einige Renovierungen und Instandhaltungen vertragen. Vieles war defekt oder hat nur halb funktioniert, und auch die Badezimmer würden dringend eine Renovierung benötigen und Mückennetze (ohne Löcher) wären in den Schlafräumen wichtig. Vor allem aber gegen die Kakerlaken sollte man etwas unternehmen. Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stoupa.

tolle Lage, geräumig doch leider ein Instandhaltungsrückstand

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Der Blick vom Balkon ist schön. Die 4 Schlafzimmer mit den angrenzenden Bädern und die geräumigen Zimmer bieten genügend Platz für bis max. 8 Personen, doch ist das Haus nicht gemütlich oder "anheimelnd". Der Instandhaltungsrückstand ( z.B. kein Licht in einem Bad, kaputte Spülung, verrostete Wanne, Fenster im Bad ließen sich teilweise nicht öffnen, fehlende Farbe an vielen Stellen) begrenzte das Wohlfühlen besonders wenn es regnete. Zu Viert konnten wir uns mit den Gegebenheiten arangieren und waren froh, dass wir nicht wie geplant in einer größeren Gruppe angereist waren und als die Zeit beendet war. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett.

Minos Villa is Exellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a superb time at Minos villa. We arrived to find the villa clean and tidy with clean sheets and towls for all of us. Minos welcomed us and was very helpful thoughout our stay. The villa has a beautiful beach just 5 mins walk away with lots of lovely restaurants in Stoupa.

An enjoyable stay.

We were a party of nine staying at Villa Minas for a week. The property was ideal for us and was exactly as described. The location was perfect for accessing the lovely beach and local cafes, restaurants and tavernas, and Minas was a genial host, as were the staff at the various retail outlets. We all agreed that it was a most enjoyable stay in the beautiful village of Stoupa

Lieber Minas Orfanos,wir hatten als Großfamilie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in ihrem für Familien perfekten Haus.Wir,die Großeltern als auch unsere Kinder und Enkel haben die12 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen.Die großen Zimmer und Küche/Aufenthaltsraum waren wie geschaffen für uns.Der herrliche Rundum-Balkon hat uns vor allem Abends die Stimmung rund um Stoupa genießen lassen.Die Nähe zu den Stränden und zum kleinen Hafen(zum Angeln) waren Vorzüge besonders für die kleinen Kinder.Eigentlich hatten wr vor Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.Weil aber es so schön bei Ihnen war,blieb es bei einemErlebnisspaziergang nach Agios Nikolaos.Die Klimaanlage war nie in Betrieb da ja die Wohnung im ersten Stock liegt und nach allen Himmelsrichtungen ausgerichtet ist.Da ist eine Durchlüftung nach Bedarf über Fenster und Türen gut und individuell machbar. Ich denke das diese Ferien bei uns allen den Wunsch nach einer Wiederholung geweckt hat.Also hoffen wir das Schulferien und Urlaub der Erwachsenen mal wieder zusammengehen!Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und die Hoffnung das wir nicht zu laut und Umtriebig waren.Es war nur der Ausdruck purer Freude!

A little jaded but worked well for us with 3 of the 4 bedrooms used and all being ensuite.

Roomy kitchen and eating area; good supply of crockery etc ... lovely terrace all the way around with several chairs. Would have been good to have washing up liquid and sponge at hand and plastic bags for toilet paper once originals were used...little things like that do make a difference. Kettle was not working and was not replaced very quickly. Very near to Stoupa beach and restaurants so VERY good location. Parking for one car only. We would book again if we came back to Stoupa as a large group.

Mixed feelings about this property

This part of Greece is beautiful and Stoupa is a great place to stay. Minas Villa is in a very convenient location close to the quieter south end of Stoupa but even walking to the northern area and beaches was no issue even in August. Stoupa is now very popular with all nationalities and particularly the Greeks which means the beaches, bars and restaurants are very busy during the high season. The accommodation on the first floor level was adequate for our family of 9 comprising 5 adults and 4 children under 7. It has a lot of potential to improve the comfort and facilities. The 4 ensuite bedrooms are a reasonable size but not everything works and showers are all hand-held. We all found the beds to be particularly hard. The kitchen is basic but adequate but the fridge struggled to maintain a reasonable temperature to keep perishable food fresh. There was a shortage of decent glasses and cutlery. The room on the ground floor is more like a store room. The decor throughout is showing its age and the whole villa needs lots of maintenance to replace broken lights, sockets, etc, and refresh the paintwork. Don't let all this put you off though, unless you are looking for 5 star pristine accommodation. It all leads to a relaxing stay as you don't need to worry to much about damaging anything. The cost of the villa is very reasonable, even in the high season. The owner, Minas, was extremely helpful when the broadband system went down and got us all back on line after a couple of days without wifi/internet. Would we go back? If we had all the kids again, possibly yes, but for adults only not until the villa has a make-over, and not during late July to early September.

Perfectly located and spacious town villa

We are a big family (two kids age 6 and 9, and six adults at most) staying in Minas Villa for twelve days in October 2017. The house was spacious and nice, and fitted our requirement about living right in Stoupa town perfectly! It is literally two minutes walk and you are standing in the middle of the beach in Stoupa where all the restaurants and everything is located. We also loved the balcony that stretches all the way around the house, offering a place for breakfast and coffee in or out of the sun to suit everyone's preferences. The house was very clean and tidy, and we liked the rustic interior decor. If you are looking for a house with a nice garden with sun beds to spend time in during the day, then Minas Villa might not serve your needs. The same goes for if you prefer a completely new and very modern "finish" to your house. This is more traditional. Stoupa, and Minas Villa if we are a big travel company, is a place I hope I will return to some day!

Alles war bestens

Wir haben hier 10 Tage gewohnt, Großfamilie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder). Es war ideal für uns: Vier schöne große Schlafzimmer (alle mit Bad und WC), ganz großer Aufenthaltsraum (riesige Sofaecke, 2 lange Tische, bestens eingerichtete Küchenzeile mit viel Ablage, Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.), rundum laufender Balkon (Türen zu jedem Raum), sodass man die Sonnen-/Schattenseite wählen kann. Alles im oberen Geschoß. Im EG ein Abstellraum (mit Dusche und WC), gut für Kinderwagen, Spielzeug etc. - Im EG ist sonst noch eine Wohnung (separater Eingang), die aber nicht benutzt war. - Wir geben für unsere Wohnung die Bestnote. Dazu passt auch, dass der Vermieter, Herr Orfanos Minas, unsere Wünsche prompt erfüllt hat (Klappbett für Kleinkind, Hochstuhl, neue Kaffeemaschine) und auch nicht moniert hat, dass mir der Haustürschlüssel abgebrochen ist. Auch Nebenkosten (Strom) wurden nicht verlangt. Die Lage des Hauses ist in Stoupa bestens: Die Sandstrände und Lokale sind ganz nah, auf der kleinen Straße vor dem Haus passieren wenige Autos, es ist ruhig (nur abends Musik von einer Disko, weiter weg, nicht laut), Bäckerei und großer Supermarkt (gut 10 min zufuß) sind am Ort. Kultur und Wanderungen: Ein großartiges Gebiet wenn man ein Auto hat. Ganz nah das Bergdorf Kastania (9 Kirchen, darunter voll ausgemalte byzantinische). Oder die Wanderung von Exochori nach Tseria.

The best vacation of my life

This is a long overdue review of the villa we rented in Stupa last year. First of all we would like to thank Minas and Angeliki for their wonderful hospitality. The villa was perfect for us. We are an adult group of “type A” personalities, and we were able to maintain our individual privacy, while still feeling the group was totally together when we chose to be. This is no easy feat for my family. The accommodation that gave each of us a private bathroom and complete access to the wonderful balcony with great views from the mountains to the sea from every bedroom was great for the early riser to the lazy late sleepers. Both a sunrise and sunset was never in question. The proximity to the beach, local restaurants and stores was perfect for a comfortable walk. Our evening at the Orfanos’ restaurant (The Orato) will never be forgotten. It was absolutely wonderful! I could go on and on. The only complaint we all had was that our 2 week stay wasn’t long enough. It’s the very first time I was not ready to go home when our stay came to an end. We already have a goal of going back in 2018. Thanks again Minas & Angeliki! We hope to see you next year the only difference is we’re going to try a 3 week stay!

Exquisite place!

Have no words but the best to describe this unique villa! The owners are architects and the villa is well planned: spacious, bright rooms with loads of air. Long balcony around the second floor: our baby used to ride the mini scooter and play there all day long. The bedrooms are with big windows and you can enjoy the views: the church and the mountains, the sunsets... Apart of 4 bedrooms on upper floor, there's one smaller one at the ground floor: a nice room for elder people or for nanny. There's a pleasant patio with grill to cook and eat outdoors. The villa is very well located in Stoupa, close to restaurants - but away from it's noise, really 1-2 minute to the main beach and few steps to Halikoura (the smaller pebble beach). Perhaps 15 min walk to famous Kalogria. It's on a quiet road, so we slept perfectly. The supermarkets and the shops are within 5-10 min. Also the coastal bike path to Agios Nikolaos starts near Minas villa. The mountain water source is right at the door. The house is well equiped, enormously big kitchen with all needed utilities. The owners, Minas and Aggeliki, are great: always friendly, they showed us few sightseeings around Stoupa. They also run the restaurant Orato Village - one of our best experiences ever. Be sure not to miss it! I cannot imagine better place to stay in Stoupa or elsewhere!
