This beautiful ocean view unit is on the lower level of a charming white rock home. It’s 500 sq. ft accommodates up to 3 adults (kids welcome). It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a small pull out couch in the living room. Accompanied by a complete kitchen to cook in, Cable TV, WIFI internet all included. A decent size patio set up with a Lounge sofa chairs, table and umbrella to soak of the view and enjoy the outside on a nice day. There is also a private washer and dryer inside for your convenience. The suite has its own private entrance and drive way to park your car. It's steps to the beach & the pier , restaurants, shops. A quaint little beach town vibe. Quiet and cozy. A great little get away.

This property is in a convenient location. 2 streets up from the beach/promenade & pier and an easy walk to uptown White Rock for the larger shopping stores/more restaurants/Yoga studios. It's all here for you in. It's quiet and safe. The unit is clean, modern and cozy. Cooking in the unit is such a nice option to have to save money instead of going out for all 3 meals.
What makes this Apartment unique
Start your morning from this suite taking steps down to the beach, enjoy a walk along a well paved walk way along the ocean and down the pier. You can catch a tour boat from the pier for whale watching, eat at one of many restaurants and cafes on the strip. Soak of the clean fresh ocean air. This location is awesome.

Wonderful view, everything we wanted
Highly recommend this apartment for a couple. The view is awesome while the unit is well maintained. The bed was comfortable with plenty of sheets. All the appliances are current and in good order. Just two blocks from main promenade and beach. Need to be aware that it is a steep walk down and up from the unit to the promenade - which is generally the same wherever you are in White Rock. Would stay there again. David from Ottawa

Didn't know what to expect in White Rock. Now, I know! We could make this an annual trip. Only two of us, so the 1-bedroom space worked out well. Lovely view of the bay and a 10-minute walk down to the beach. Very steep is the only thing I'd caution for folks who might not be sturdy on their feet.
Ginger, the owner, was fabulous! Great communication and tips on how to get around. Can't say enough good things!

With a population of 19,399, White Rock is located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland, 45 kilometres from Vancouver and only five minutes to the Canada/US border. We are an exciting seaside community clustered around an eight kilometre sandy beach and the warm shallow waters of Semiahmoo Bay.
Because of our moderate climate, White Rock is a preferred visited spot. The average summer temperature is 23 degrees Celsius while the winter average temperature is six degrees Celsius.
The waterfront includes a promenade that is two and a half kilometres long, fully accessible to the disabled and parents with strollers. The heritage pier, train station, large beached "white rock", and colourful sidewalk cafes create a special ambience throughout the area.
Commercial meets residential along the waterfront as well as in the Town Centre where you will find a number of apartment buildings with retail stores on the ground level. A variety of specialty shops dot White Rock.
From single-family homes on small lots, to estate lots and multiple family homes, White Rock has a wide selection of housing. Ocean views from some sites are breathtaking.
Commuting to Vancouver takes about one hour. Dedicated bus and high-occupancy vehicle lanes make public transportation and car or vanpooling appealing.
White Rock has two primary schools and in association with neighbouring South Surrey, there are four secondary schools.
Recreation facilities and programs are excellent. Some include the Promenade and Centennial Park, with its ice arena, curling rink and ravine trails.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to 3 persons or 2 adults and 2 small kids. An additional charge or $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 3 persons will be assessed and must be approved prior to booking. Renters must be 22 years of age or older.
