L'appartement est très bien configuré avec plusieurs terrasses (séjour, cuisine, les 2 chambres). Très belle vue d'ensemble sur le littoral depuis la pièce principale. Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay, amazing views and good pool in the grounds. Other residents were friendly and location is not bad (7 mins walk to restaurants, bakeries close by). Really nice, but would not describe as ‘luxury’.

Une vue magnifique sur la côte basque

Une vue exceptionnelle sur la côte basque. Une piscine dans la résidence vraiment agréable et pas trop fréquentée. Le bus au pied de la résidence pour allez en centre ville en 10 min. Une location très pratique, confortable et bien équipée . Un tout petit bémol c’est en plein couloir de décollage de avions. Mais heureusement il y a très peu de vols dans la journée.

Appartement avec magnifique vue

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement avec une magnifique vue sur l'océan et les Pyrénées. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Merci!

Très agréable séjour à Biarritz dans ce magnifique appartement avec vue sur mer et montagne

Belle résidence. Appartement traversant bien utile pour aérer pendant les périodes de fortes chaleur. Très bien équipé (cuisine). Bonnes literies. Deux balcons dont un grand balcon avec vue mer et montagne sur lequel on peut manger sans problème. La piscine est très grande (20m) et nous etions rarement plus de 6 en même temps dans le bassin. Merci beaucoup à Isabelle qui nous a accueilli à l’appartement et nous a transmis des infos fort utiles pendant le séjour (manifestations prévues le jour de notre depart avec blocage des routes).

Summer vacation Biarritz

Appartment and building rather used. Balconies were hardly cleaned, appartment cleaned OK but not worth the high cost for cleaning (110 Euro). Parking space very tight for family van. Beaches and city can be easiliy reached by bike, even though Biarritz is rather hilly. Overall, appt is ok, view really nice, however, for this price we would have expected more.

Vue sur la mer splendide, appartement propre et spacieux

nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement très agréable. La piscine n'est jamais bondée de monde, et la résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. La place de parking attitrée est trop étroite, mais nous sommes toujours parvenus à nous garer dans la résidence. Rien a redire

Vacances idéales au pays basque

Appartement très confortable, bien agencé. Tous nos repas ont été pris sur la grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur les Pyrénées et l’océan. Les couleurs du paysage qui changent au fil de la journée et de la météo rendent les lieux plus féériques. Encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photo!!! Résidence très bien entretenue, verte, calme (on entend les vagues) et la piscine est un plus. Place de parking très étroite , mieux vaut se garer le long de la résidence. Des bonnes baskets et tout Biarritz peut être fait à pieds! (Avec 2 enfants de 8 et 10ans). Les différents échanges avec les propriétaires et la dame de l’agence ont été très réactifs, efficaces et sympathiques. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour à Biarritz et dans le pays basque ( accès autoroute à 5min). Nous conseillons sans retenue !

L'appartement est spacieux, très agréable, une très belle vue de la terrasse. 10 min à pied de la plage, 20 min du centre à pied. On a été très bien accueilli, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Agréable séjour à Biarritz

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine en juillet dans ce bel appartement avec nos deux enfants. Il est conforme aux photos et l'endroit est calme, reposant et la vue magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse. La piscine est bien propre, de bonne taille et très agréable. La place attitrée de parking est très étroite mais il y a toujours moyen de se garer dans les espaces libre( autour de l'appartement). La dame de l'agence qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Nous conseillons ce beau logement sans problème.

Great apt for a stay in Biarritz, perfect for a small family vacation

We loved this apt and its serene location with amazing views of the coast and Basque mountains. We were very happy to be able to walk/drive over to the center of Biarritz for the beach/shopping/restaurants when we wanted, but then also to enjoy the calm, cooking at home, serenity, swimming pool and big space of the apt and terraces. The landlord is very nice and easy to arrange things with as is his rental agent. Totally positive experience. We loved the people, food and scene in Biarritz and are going back next year. This is a very clean apt in a very clean and well kept town.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit tollem Blick. Die Übergabe am An- und Abreisetag hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Dame war sehr pünktlich und sehr nett! Alles war tatsächlich so wie beschrieben - auch der herrliche Blick auf den Bildern vom Balkon des Apartments über das Meer hat gestimmt. Sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Appartement très agréable

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé et dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue splendide où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Il s'agit d'une résidence de standing et malgré le nombre d'appartements, c'est très calme. Ma fille a apprécié la piscine qui est propre et de bonne taille. Le seul petit bémol est la largeur des places de parking un peu trop étroites pour certaines voitures. En résumé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement et nous le conseillons sans aucun problème.

Wirklich schöne Ferien in einem tollen Appartement

Wir sind eine deutsch- australische Familie aus Melbourne / Frankfurt. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern 14 Tage in Biarritz in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gepflegten Park gelegen, ruhig und weg von den Touristenmassen, aber doch nahe am Geschehen (Strände und Biarritz Zentrum bequem zu Fuss in 15 bis 20 min zu erreichen). Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr schön dekoriert. Der Ausblick von der Terasse und vom Schlafzimmer…traumhaft. Auch das grosse Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Empfang von den Schwiegereltern der Besitzerfamile einfach sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in Europa sind ! Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Internetanschluss… Unsere Kids sind begeisterte Surfer, der Surfspot Côte des Basques ist nur 15 min zu Fuss entfernt; We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It is located in a calm park area away from the tourist crowds.. but close to everything (beaches and center of biarritz reachable by 15-20 min walk). The flat has a splendid view over the sea and the mountains and is very nice arranged. We only missed Internet access ! We come back !

The flat offers a very nice view. It is a comfortable and top-of-the-line flat. You will find a very large swimming pool in the parc of the residence. It is located near the beaches and the shops, in a well-maintained and peaceful park. It is an ideal location to go by foot or by bus to Biarritz beaches (Milady). It is a maximum of 10-15 minutes away by foot.
