Homelike house close to the beach, restaurants and bars

From day one we felt really comfortable in this house located very close to Guethary's city center. Just a few minutes walk to the Parlementia beach passing various bars and restaurants on the way. Bruno is a fantastic host and helped us with top recommendations for places of interests nearby making this trip exceptional. Thanks Bruno!

Lovely Home

This was a beautiful house with a stunning yard and views. The hosts were so gracious and the house was well-stocked. Being able to walk to beaches without having to find parking (low tide was perfect for our small kids but the same beaches were packed with surfers, particularly at high tide) as well as having local charcuterie stores (and ice cream!) and markets within walking distance was also a pleasant bonus. The train station is also just a 5-minute walk and it was so easy to use that to see neighboring cities (Bayonne—and their chocolate!— and Saint Jean De Luz were favorites). Highly, highly recommend this home.

Beautifully decorated house in the heart of Guethary

We have loved our stay at Bruno's beautiful house in Guethary, we especially enjoyed the balcony and garden which allowed meals outside in any kind of weather. Bruno made sure we felt at home in his house and was available for any kind of questions. The check in and check out was super uncomplicated too, which we want to thank Bruno for once again.

a great stay in Guethary

We are just back from a lovely fortnight in Guethary over Easter and enjoyed it very much. Everything was as described, the house was the perfect fit for us. Bruno was a very nice and hospitable but discreet host. Thanks for the lovely dinner! Our dog loved playing with "plume". The house is five minutes walk from the restaurants and 10 min from old harbour and more cool bars. Guethary is perfectly positioned between St. Jean de Luz and Biarritz and Bayonne. Art, good food, big waves and some nice golf courses are never more than a 15 min drive. We'll be back.

Séjour parfait et reposant

Un propriétaire très sympathique et attentionné envers ses locataires, toujours disponible si besoin, ce qui est un gros plus pendant un séjour.Une maison pleine de charme avec une belle déco. En plein centre de Guethary, à qqs minutes de la plage à pied (un plus pour les surfeurs) et des restaurants / bar.Nous reviendrons certainement !

Gemütliche und sehr persönlich gestaltete Wohnung

Zentral in Guethary gelegene Wohnung mit einem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter, der in seiner Souterrain-Wohnung für alle Wünsche/Fragen ansprechbar war (Ausflugs-Tipps, Wäschewaschen, Unterstellen Räder, Grill-Nutzung). Die sehr persönlich gestaltete Wohnung ist vermutlich für Familien mit grösseren Kindern (2 gut ausgestattete Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit gutem Schrankraum) oder auch für Reisende mit Hunden (Hundestrände ausserhalb der Saison) besser als für Reisende mit kleinen Kids geeignet. Ideale überdachte Terrasse bei manchmal wechselhaftem Wetter. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, da Guethary selbst ein sehr hübscher kleiner Ort ist, der aber auch bspw. Radausflüge nach St Jean de Luz oder Biarritz ermöglicht, Zugstation auch nach Bayonne! Tolle Strände / Surfschulen fussläufig!

Très beau séjour en famille

Maison idéalement située dans le pays basque, ce qui permet de visiter toute la région sans trop s'y éloigner. De plus, elle se trouve dans un quartier calme où l'on peut profiter de la terrasse sans être dérangé par le voisinage. Merci encore à Bruno pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Très bonne semaine

Très belle semaine passée à guethary dans la villa cendrillon avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes Elvis Nous avons très bien été accueillis et conseillés par Bruno le propriétaire qui s’est montré très disponible pour nous indiquer des lieux de ballades Vivement l’année prochaine !

vacances au pays basque

location très bien située à proximité de la mer tout en étant dans un quartier très calme .Commerces à proximité et surtout accueil très chaleureux qui nous fait sentir comme si l'on était chez soi ! un grand merci à Bruno .Seul regret ! séjour trop rapide dans cette belle région .On reviendra !

Super séjour dans une petite maison idéalement située.

Bruno est un hôte charmant qui sait se rendre disponible et faire en sorte que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Sa maison, bien équipée et bien agencée, se situe à deux pas en voiture des principaux lieux de visite du pays basque. Nous recommandons largement ce logement pour toute famille de trois /quatre personnes désireuse de découvrir cette merveilleuse région.

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour. Appartement calme et agréable, parfaitement situé . Nous avons été très bien reçu par Bruno le propriétaire. Nos chiens ont été aussi très bien accueilli, ce qui est rare.
