Thea villa is a brand-new modern rental with total area of ​​240 sqm on a plot of 3 acres. It stands out because of its ideal location, its modern design and unique interior decoration. The sea view and the sunset are magnificent from any point of this private villa with heated pool. It consists of 4 great and spacious bedrooms, one attic, kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. It has heating and cooling system.

Entering the villa, there is an open plan living room with satelite TV and the comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances that can be necessary. At the same area, there is the dining area for up to 10 people. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and one WC. Coming out on the terrace you will find the large private pool and the big playground area that is ideal for relaxing under the Cretan sun. Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms, the attic and 2 more bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. In that bedroom there is also an attic with a queen size double bed. The rest bedrooms share 1 large bathroom with shower. All areas of the house have panoramic sea views. Outside is a private heated pool and a comfortable patio with large table. Finally, there is a playground for children and a table tennis. We can also offer you baby cot and high chair for free.

This luxury rental located only 2 minutes drive away from supermarket and restaurant. It is only 10 minutes away from Chania city center and the old harbor Thea villa is a choice for unforgettable holidays in Crete island, ideal for relaxation in a peaceful environment with magnificent panoramic sea view and a perfect spot to explore the West Crete. Wonderful wonderful

We had the loveliest week relaxing at this fabulous villa. George is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome and at home. Everything was as described, the villa is super spacious and very well appointed. The pool and outside space, together with the views, are beautiful. We would highly recommend, and will very likely return.

Beautiful villa in the hills above Chania

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panthea Villa. The villa is very modern, spacious and tasteful. The views of Chania and the sea are fantastic, especially from the infinity pool. The owner George is extremely kind and helpful. My only comments are that the photos before arrival implied we would have access to the basement (you do not), that the wifi was not great (but the 4G was fine) and that there is no warning that you cannot flush toilet paper. Otherwise, a wonderful place.
