This holiday villa is only a few kilometres from amazing golden sandy beaches, but the pristine pool might tempt you to stay in. Great villa and stay. Highlights were the generous living space, huge bath, good pool and proximity to a pretty wooded nature area which brought small birds and birdsong to the Villa garden. 01/05/24

Girls trip. The place was absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute. We were very sad to leave and wish we had a few more days to stay. 28/05/25 Just remind your guest to bring plastic cups for around the pool. We love the welcome package. That was really nice. You don't see that very often.

Perfect....

We spent 10 nights at this villa at the end of September and had a great time. The villa is clean, homely and well stocked for those that like to cook. The pool is excellent for swimming and the location perfect for Lisbon, the beach & the supermarket. The service from our villa manager was excellent. It is our second booking with Allure Villas and we won't hesitate to book with them again. The villa can accommodate 8 for sleeping but there are only 4 sunbeds around the pool, which wasn't a problem for us this time, but might have been if more of the family had been there. Extra pillows on each of the beds would be useful.

Pool problems

Good location, nice villa. The pool was dirty when we arrived, after asking assistance we needed to wait two days until someone came to fix it. Then, there was a power shortage in a part of the house, one of the fuses went down......

Correct. La situation de la maison et la piscine Une climatisation serait utile, bcq de chaleur dans les chambres dont une qui est plein soleil du matin au soir et impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit car bcq trop de moustiques. Un canapé plus ferme n'aurait pas été un luxe

Family holiday

The property was well equipped but a little dated. There were a few issues which were addressed with the management company. The communication was very good and swift. The location was a little remote and I would recommend a car, something which we did not have so we found ourselves using Uber’s often. There wasn’t anywhere we could walk to for a drink or a bite to eat in the evenings so we mostly stayed at the villa but there is a very good Lidl a few minute walk away. We found the metro very easy to use from Amora which is just a short ride in an Uber. The beach again was a short ride in an Uber, approx €9 each way. The beach was lovely and clean and we had lunch at a very nice beach club which was reasonably priced. Overall very good and relaxing.

The villa it is located in a village called Belverde. About 750 meters you can find a supermarket and a gas station, and 4 km away there is the Aroeira Golf Resort. Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
About 7 km away, you'll find beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into discos or live music bars.
