The minimum stay is 3 nights except for a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

A security deposit of 10,000 baht (USD, GBP, EURO or AUD equivalent) is required upon arrival. These funds will be refunded in full at the time of departure, except in case of damage to the apartment.

Animals are forbidden outside the house and are not allowed for the respect of everyone
