A 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor in block 108 of Hacienda Riquelme Golf resort in Sucina, Murcia, Espana, is located in the middle of an 18 holes golf course of Jack Nicklaus. Apartment was completely renovated in April 2017 and therefore in a new condition! It is equipped with all comforts, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single box spring storage beds with good mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room (with a sofabank for 2 extra beds). Resort is geographically 30 min from San Javier airport (Murcia) and possibly as an option 1.15 min from Alicante, 30 min drive to Murcia city and 20 min drive to the sea!
