PERFECT FOR : Families and small groups. Central location. Close to Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers.
THE BUILDING : Your apartment is on the ground floor of this contemporary building, tastefully designed and well maintained to welcome you throughout the year.
INSIDE : The main living, kitchen/dining area can be found to the left of the main door, there are two comfortable double sofa beds along with patio door with access to the terrace area. Turning right you will find a separate WC and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two double fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space with its own large shower room and WC. The twin room has one fitted wardrobe behind the door, shower room cupboard space.
OUTSIDE : You will have access to a private terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people, you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding peaks; there is a hedge running along the bottom of the terrace to give privacy. Please note that the decking can get slippery in winter.
GREAT LOCATION : 5 minutes from the centre of Chamonix. great for taking advantage of the local bars and restaurants, and convenient for the shops, supermarkets, and ski/bike hire.
GETTING AROUND : You can walk to the central bus and train stations in just a few minutes,
USEFUL BITS : Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. There is a ski locker and space to store bikes in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped and should have everything that you need for your stay, including an electric filter coffee machine and raclette machine. You have a washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal. The Mollocks are located opposite the building for all your waste disposal.
YOUR ARRIVAL : Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive arrival instructions with a key box code to let yourself in when you arrive!
PARKING : Your private parking space is conveniently located directly next to the apartment. Please note that there is only enough space for one car. There is additional parking opposite the apartment complex.
Summer Top Tip - Take the train up to Montenvers, there is an incredible hike along the Grand Balcon Nord to the Plan de l’Aiguille Midi offering you an incredible view of the whole valley. Alternatively if you’re fit enough and up for the challenge, why not go all the way from the bottom, walking up Planards.
Winter Top Tip - This apartment is only a few minutes walk from the heart of Chamonix where you can enjoy the vibrant apres ski.

Lovely Apartment
Well presented property with everything we needed. A short walk to the main part of Chamonix as well as the train station and cable car.
Opening the front door was challenging!
We had a wonderful stay in Chamonix at this apartment. It was very clean, seemed to have been recently renovated and it is well-maintained. The property manager was very communicative, easy to reach and highly responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Chamonix!

Ground floor apartment and other apartments block the view of the mountain. It was very hot in August. Shutters were helpful for a cool breeze, but we did have mosquitoe bites in the morning as there are no screens. Was not as central to downtown as I had thought but walk was not bad.

Good base in Chamonix with great views.
Well equipped accommodation a short walk from the centre of Chamonix. Hosts were very helpful.
There were quite a few ants in the outdoor area which ventured indoors at times. If anything could be done to keep them away it would be beneficial.

Oh no - sorry to hear that there were ants on the terrace. We will take a look right away. Its a shame that you did not tell us when you were here - we would have dealt with them there and then, to stop them invading your space. Guests can always message ususe our new guests platform to send photos and videos too - we are more than happy (and prefer) to deal with issues right away - thats what we're here for -)

Fantastic holiday in Chamonix
Loved Chamonix. So much to do in the mountains and also went to see the Tour de France. The flat was lovely inside and the location was good in terms of being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and lifts etc but so noisy! Living in a building site so noisy lorries start soon after 6am every day, and also quite a busy road. A shame, as the flat is absolutely beautifully decorated.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in Chamonix. Thank you for telling us about the noise. There is a lot of construction in the valley at the moment but normal rules mean that work isn't supposed to start until 9am. We have checked with the current guests and it is quiet at the moment. We suspect that due to the heatwave workers may have been starting earlier to avoid the heat. We are very sorry for the disruption this caused and appreciate you letting us know. We will talk to the syndicate who are managing the building works behind our property and check what is happening.

Exceptional, clean, modern and comfortable
My husband and I stayed here earlier this month for 7 days. The minute we walked in we couldn't believe how clean and lovely the place was. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with washer/ dryer and diahwasher. It was in a great location with a short walk to the centre of Chamonix, a 5 minute walk to the Du Midi chairlift and a handy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket. The views from our verandah were breath taking. The place was very secure and quiet. Lots of handy brochures were left for sightseeing and a fantastic instructions book outlining everything. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chamonix on their next visit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Chamonix is a beautiful town with something for everyone. Our only regret was not staying longer. Our group was in Chamonix for hiking so the washer/dryer was much appreciated and well used. This was our first experience with using a machine that both washes and dries! The kitchen was well-equipped for our group of 4 adults. There were many options for our choice of beverages as well as small meal/snack prep. Bakery was a short walk into town each morning for fresh pastries and sandwiches. Train stations were also very close. We did learn that grocery stores in Chamonix have limited hours so I suggest planning accordingly. We did stay in early September when the summer was winding down which may have influenced the hours. Highly recommend this apartment!!!
As nice as the pictures! A short walk to town, but there is a walk! The decor was well thought out to accommodate comfortable living. Very impressive! Great for a family of three. The management company was on top of things and very responsive. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a carafe to keep the coffee hot!
This was a beautiful and well appointed apartment, with everything you need to make your stay special. The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes walk into town and within walking distance to the supermarket. Scott, the owner was really accommodating and has been a joy to deal with. We will be going back soon!

Belles vacances !
Appartement très moderne, très bien équipé et bien placé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille.
Appartement très confortable très bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut mise à part une cafetière qui m’a beaucoup manqué 😀
sinon quelques petits soucis problèmes avec La télécommande pour accéder au garage. Et problème avec le volet roulant électrique qui se bloqué.
(problèmes non résolus pendant mon séjour)
