Condo w/ Spectacular Ocean View - Steps to San Clemente Pier, Beach & Downtown

Located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, San Clemente, “The Spanish Village By The Sea”, is the ideal location to enjoy the world’s perfect climate. Our family has enjoyed the amazing views, coastal breezes and breathtaking sunsets from our resort location for over 30 years. Just a two minute walk from the San Clemente Pier and Beach will find you basking in the sun, wading in the waves or enjoying a cocktail and amazing appetizers at The Fisherman’s Restaurant & Bar. Whether you are coming to relax with your family and friends, romance, swim or surf you will find our ideal accommodations very close to the beach of your choice.

Second Floor:

Upstairs you will find our bright and spacious living area and it’s a fabulous place to chill. The views from the balcony of San Clemente, Dana Point Harbor and Catalina are some of the best in our beach town… definitely the jewel of our home-away-from-home! For you movie and sports enthusiasts… if you do decide to take your sites inward, in addition to the couch (that folds out into a full sized bed, if needed), we have an additional couch, Smart TV, Free WIFI, games and playing cards to satisfy your leisure time. If a dinner party is in order our beautiful and newly remodeled kitchen is complete and well appointed for your festivities.

First Floor:

Located just inside the front door of our duplex are the quiet and cozy bedrooms. The master suite sleeps two and has a newly remodeled bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The glass slider opens up to a cool breeze and the enclosed downstairs patio. The middle bedroom comfortably sleeps two and opens to the patio as well. The “Bunk Room” sleeps three. There is also a second bathroom with shower and tub off the main hallway next to the closet with plenty of fresh beach towels. The living room "lounge" couch folds out for an additional full bed with linens and storage located under the lounge.

Garage:

Our tandem garage holds two small to mid-sized cars securely as well as laundry facilities. There is also a large car space in the driveway. We have sand chairs available as well as a few surfboards, boogie boards and sand toys for the kiddos.

Attractions:

One can surf straight down the street to the right of the San Clemente Pier, to the left at T-Street, or take a quick road trip South to World Famous Trestles. If traveling to Trestles it’s a bit of a hike down to the sand, but manageable even for little ones. If long-boarding is your style then a visit to Old Man’s at San Onofre State Beach is a must. With its slow and mellow style, volleyball courts, a few palapas and fire pits, San O is a great spot for a beach day camp.

Our quaint and historic downtown is within walking distance but you'll want to bring a pair of sneakers as there are a few hills to scale if you choose to walk. Our local favorite upscale restaurants, sushi bars, farmer’s market (on Sundays), as well as inexpensive but delicious taco huts are minutes away located on Avenida Del Mar and El Camino Real. Our newly remodeled kitchen with all the essentials is also the perfect place for home-cooked family meals. BBQ on the large upstairs balcony and patio and take in the serenity, sights and sounds of the Pacific.

No stay is complete without a visit to the lovely Casa Romantica cultural center. Perched on a bluff overlooking the San Clemente Pier, the magnificent Casa is a living demonstration of California history, culture and ecology. Other popular Orange County landmarks include Mission at San Juan Capistrano (8.5 miles) and Disneyland (37 miles).

We’re located close to both the I-5 freeway and Metrolink which makes exploring the Southern California Coast easy and fun!
