Two cosy,self contained studio cabins (well separated) set on 25 bush acres overlooking the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens, Tea Gardens & Hawks Nest. Good sized decks with personal BBQ's so you can relax and take in the fabulous view or unwind in our large outdoor heated swimspa. Just a our 15 minute drive to closest towns of Hawks Nest & Tea Gardens for shops, cafes, pub, clubs, ferry (to Nelson Bay), surf & Bay beaches, etc.

Weekend at Daybreaks

This was the perfect place to take a break away from the busyness of life and relax. The view was amazing and when we arrived on Friday afternoon, the deck was the best place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. Thank you Kathy and Doug for providing a peaceful retreat that is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access beaches and town.

Perfect retreat

Just what we were looking for

Our two nights at Daybreaks on Port Stephens were just what we were looking for...simple, romantic and relaxing. It was also within an hour drive from Nelsons Bay meaning we were never too far from some adventurous activities too.

excellent propriety

it has been a beautiful week end we really enjoy the propriety and the owner were really nice with us.. they given us fresh eggs for the breakfast.. we really appreacite it. the house was just perfect very clean and confortable with a stunning view. the spa was in a beautiful spot. i wish will back there. the only negative things it was the distance with port stephen.. one hour driving.. but close to the propriety there was a lot to visit. very happy about everything
