Abram's View is situated high on an elevated block, with great views of the wetlands and one of the world's last remaining Tuart Forests. An easy two hours south of Perth. Also has great views of the ocean with breath taking sunsets.

This five bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished home, sleeps ten and boasts one of the best views in Peppermint Grove Beach.

The full surround balcony offers shelter from the weather all year round.
A two minute stroll will take you to the pure white sands and calm waters of Geographe Bay, with ideal and safe swimming for children.

October to March migrating whales can be seen from the balcony.
The Capel Vale Winery is a short five-minute drive and for golfers the famous Capel Golf Course, a mere putt away.

This property is not available for School Leavers or any groups under 25yrs of age.

Wonderful!

An amazing property with heaps of space! Beautiful views and an abundance of birds. Very close to the beach and Busselton is only a short drive. Highly recommend this property!

Peppy Grove Weekend

Lovely house just a short walk to the beach. Lots of space to relax and spend time together with friends. House is very well equipped. Sheli was very helpful, would recommend it.

Overall this property was ideal for what we wanted. Fantastic location and quiet neighbourhood

I absolutely loved the location of this property. Which was a short walk to the beautiful Peppermint Grove Beach. The neighbourhood was also very quiet, which was great. The property itself was lovely, but the spec of the property was incorrect, which was disappointing. But overall very happy and the owner was very responsive to my messages and dealt with my queries promptly.

Awesome stay!

We had a lovely time at the property, it was a pleasant neighbourhood, beach access was a short walk to a family friendly swim. The house itself was very comfortable, all the ammenities you need in logical places. Beds were comfortable although bedding arrangements would have suited a few singles rather than all queens. Cleanliness was top and very neatly presented. Really happy with our stay, communication with Shelly was simple with quick responses, everything went really smoothly. Would recommend staying here and would consider coming back to stay if we are holidaying in the area again!

Relax in comfort

A group of 5 couples stayed for the Easter break. The house is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and we loved the verandah - we spent a lot of time out there. It's very peaceful, with birds and trees around, and you can see the ocean. Upstairs is wonderfully light with windows all around. The kitchen is easily big enough to serve a large group (and has everything you could think of) . The home is close to the beach, which is just lovely; we swam every day. We will be back!

Friends stay

Lovely property had everything we needed Only minor issue we had was it said linen provided maybe should say bed linen ?? as didn’t have bath towels provided. Everything else was great place was in a great location and fitted our party of 10 in easily, great views of the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this lovely house and Peppermint Grove Beach.

Tidy beach house in a pleasant location in WA's South West

House has lots of room and all the amenities and is walking distance to the beach. The wrap-around balcony provides glimpses of the ocean and good views of the wetlands

Beautiful view

Very nice place to stay in. All necessary equipments are available within the property. Closer to beach, walking distance. Not far from tourist destinations such as busselton and margaret river. Will recommend to everyone.

Very peaceful

Sheli was a very accommodating host! There were adjustments to our bookings and she was really considerate. The place is lovely and the location is just perfect for relaxation! Highly recommended!

Family home close to the ocean

The house is big and comfortable with everything that one needs for a family or quiet time near the ocean, but not luxurious. It must have had fabulous views at one stage, but a new house has been built in front of it, which blocks some of the ocean view. The owner is friendly and accommodating.

Friends Getaway

Lovely holiday home within close proximity to the beach in a quiet location. Stayed with a few couples which suited us perfectly as we were all able to have our own spacious rooms. Beautiful views surrounding the home were a treat. Sheli (Owner) was great and always made sure she was in touch from beginning to end to make our stay very easy and efficient. Thank you & we will be back again.

Had a lovely time at Abram's View. So close to beach was a bonus. House was good. Only downside were the toilets/bathrooms. With 9 people in the house it would have been good to have separate toilets from showers but other than that - all good.
