Beautiful location

We loved the location and amenities of the house, a short stroll to the beach and a well appointed house. Bathrooms were beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a self contained stay. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great family house

Second time we’ve stayed here. Great house in lovely location. Wouldn’t advise staying here with toddlers due to the low climbable balcony railing.

Great Winter Getaway

Great family getaway, we had a really relaxing winter break with a cozy fire, great games room for the teenagers and amazing ocean views to enjoy our wine while watching the winter storms. Comfortable and clean with heaps of room to enjoy time together while enough separate areas to take a break from each other too!

Great Location, Great Stay For My Family

We had a great time, Lauching the tinnie of the beach in Peppermint Grove Beach. Walking over the road from the house to the beach to swim. This is a quality house in a great location with great views loved eating our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Loved the location

The house is very well equipped for kids and adults of all ages. The photos don't do it enough justice. We loved how close it is to the beach and well equipped the house is from furniture to entertainment, internet and access to Netflix. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Easter Weekend

The house has lovely views and we saw dolphins from the balcony. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The games room downstairs provided hours of fun with the pool table, table tennis and darts. There was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful property for a family with teens. 2 large separate living spaces, downstairs has plenty for everyone. Stunning views and the most comfortable beds. They have thought of everything, power points everywhere!

Beautiful Place to stay

I have stayed in quite a few Stayz accommodation over the years in Australia and overseas. I can honestly say that this has been one of the most enjoyable and cleanest places I have stayed. My children and grandchildren absolutely loved it, close to the beach for swimming it was a hit with the grandchildren everyday. The views were fantastic and a great place to spend our Christmas together. I would highly recommend the house to rent, definitely value for money and everything you need catered for to make you stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of fridge space - especially if you have a large family. A real credit to both Johannes and Bea for keeping the home well maintained at such a high level. Thank you both, we will be definitely booking again, hopefully for a longer period next. Thank you both. Kathy

Perfect getaway

Such a great property, second time we have stayed and it was even better as slightly upgraded and better facilities (even though prior was more than fine). Perfect for our family get together and the beach was beautiful. One of my family even re-booked for January they liked it so much.

Beach holiday stay

The property was clean when we arrived but the post vacation communication has not been pleasant. The main TV in the living area was very difficult to use. You have to do so many things just to get sound when wanting to watch Netflix. You pay so much money to stay so watching Netflix and getting the TV to work easily should be be fairly simple. Also could not use the outdoor areas as bugs and flies were everywhere. It was unbearable. I got up the day off departure, cleaned, washed bath matts and really made an effort to make sure everything was clean to then be told I am getting charged additional funds because some of the bed sheets are stained. I would have though that the replacement of bedsheets is a given at anywhere you stay for hygenic purposes, and this is not made clear anywhere. You have to find out later that you are getting charged to replace bedsheets. You don't get charged this in in a hotel so everyone thinking of staying in someones house beware of these additional costs you may be up for.

Family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Our kids range in ages from 19 to 26 so the ping pong and pool tables were put to good use. The house has plenty of space and the location was perfect. The communication with the owners made everything easy. We will definitely be back!
